I have a question about Google PageSpeed Insights. Recently our websites are getting very poor tests scores on mobile with your theme. Today I was testing your demos with Google PageSpeed Insights and your score is bad as well:

did you check the reason why in PageSpeed Insights tool opinion, the website loads slow? If not, we recommend to have a closer look on http://prntscr.com/llhbjt to understand it better.
Basically, this tool requires to decrease the number of files that are loading. However, those files are necessary to load great looking content. Google simply wants to push all mobile websites to look the same. For them, removing all additional features like entrances, hover effects, etc is necessary. What if all websites would look the same on mobile (same simple font, no images, etc)? Do you think such websites will interest your potential customers? If you will check the details on the screenshot above, you will see they even refer to their own Google fonts what is quite funny.
Of course we may consider additional option to remove all those resources but we are completely sure that such websites won’t interest potential clients.

Hi, I’m thinking of migrating to your incredible theme, but I would like to have information on the new WP 5.0 (sorry I can not find the answer after looking in the messages). Will it be possible to use your Muffin Builder on top of Gutenberg or will it be necessary to use the Classic Editor plugin as for WPBakery Page Builder for editing a page (for example VC doesn’t work with Gutenberg and it’s necessary install the Classic Editor)? Thank you.

we’ve tested BeTheme with recent WordPress version and both are compatible. However, if you want to use Gutenberg (which in our opinion is crap and not ready to go live) you have to use default WP editor of course.
P.S. We suggest to check how many negative opinions this feature have on https://wordpress.org/plugins/gutenberg/ to understand how bad and useless is.

Hi muffingroup and thank you for feedback! We perfectly agree. What I do not understand from your answer is if to use your builder I have to have the default plugin editor installed. Can you confirm that it will be enough to have this plugin? Do I think it will be or will it soon be part of the right theme?
From the reasons that we do not understand, there is no option to disable Gutenberg 
However, you can completely overwrite this rubbish builder with Classic Editor (the current one) by installing it as plugin. You will be able to get current editor from https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
Regarding our Muffin Builder, this tool works out of the default WP editor what means it would work the same as now. Our builder is based on custom fields and not default WP editor.
Hope this makes sense now

Since I updated my PHP Version from 7 to 7.1 and 7.2, the MuffinBuilder is not working anymore. I can delete an element and I can duplicate an eliment but i can not edit an element.
Any suggestions????

Please make sure that you use the latest version of BeTheme and update your theme if necessary.
PHP 7.2 compatibility has been fixed in one of the updates.
If the problem still exists, please deactivate all your plugins and check again.

Ok then.
Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
Hope above steps would help you a lot.

Gutenberg is causing a white post/page new/edit. I think there is something wrong, I tested it on Wordpress beta 3 also same problem. I am considering to update to beta 5, but I am giving attention to you so you can check from your side as Wordpress 5 is going to be released on 26 Nov.

I just purchased the theme and am a bit disappointed once I imported one of the demos. There was no indication that the demo was built with Muffin builder or VC. I’m assuming that if a demo is built with MB, it can not be converted to VC and has to be edited with MB. I’m almost tempted to go back to Salient. MB is not intuitive at all.

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

there is 2 different places where you may have this button set. Please check Action Button under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras section but if those fields are empty, it must be regular menu item that is located under Appearance > Menus.

Hello, i have translated lot of themes with WPML plugin, but in you theme seems like the translation manager or advanced translation manager are not working. Wen i hit to save the translation, the “translated” page remains at the basic language. Please advice.

the option you are talking about is compatible with default WP editor. But, if you use Muffin Builder, you have to use standard way of page translation as our builder is based on custom fields.
