1. Does the theme has a functionality for question answering between vendors and users (prior to booking)
2. Can vendors create discounts, vouchers etc? Or do we need to do it for them?
3. Is there a way to see a demo of the messaging between user and vendor? Vendor profiles? User profiles? I cannot find a way to view these via your demo.
4. Is there a pricing comparison tool where users can compare the ups & downs of each vendor?

1. Yes, user can chat with vendor when you turn on “Send message” option for theme.
2. No, they can’t. Admin have to create coupon for them.
3. You can view vendors profile page here: https://travelerwp.com/author/admin/. You can register as user then go to https://travelerwp.com/hotel_room/standard-double-room-2/ and click to send message button to test chat function between user and vendor.
4. Sorry, theme does not yet supported this function.

PreSales Question(s):
We like the theme very much, but we are planning to have just some assorted Hotels including flights on our website. We want the visitors to fill out a so called “pre-booking-form”. Which means, the visitor should fill out a form with all necessary information needed (how many persons, the date he/she wants to travel, if there are children coming with them and so on). Then we want to find the best deal “manually” in our travel agency and contact the “traveller”. Is it possible? We have found no information about the forms, if we can build them ourselves for example.
We also dont want to show prices or some online availability of the hotel.
Please let us know if it will work this way.

How to update my Traveler manually…? I have downloaded the update via ZIP File, there is no automatic update on the theme through Appearance dashboard.
My WPBakery Plugin is in need of update. It say’s it needs to update through Theme Traveler as built in Plugin.
