Can you please make sure that you are using the latest Theme version and plugins on your site, If not then please update your Theme and plugins your issue will solve otherwise we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details but after extending your support extension because Your 6 months of support period is expired from 29/12/2016. Sorry to say that but there is no option in the Theme for this, so you have to use any third party plugin for achieving your needs but at your own risk, otherwise it will only possible with the help of Customization.

Actually, on the homepage of SHOP 19, we have used Porto One Page Category element and the element has the default functionality to load the sections using Ajax on scrolling to the particular section one by one, and it works perfectly fine on your site as well. please see this video: https://jmp.sh/fmTVMRj
And on your site, only the last category has not shown the products and I think it is because you have not selected/set the products for the particular category, so please go to products >> category and set the products for particular category and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Please tell me your suggestion so I’ll forward it to the development department to look through it in next coming updates of the Theme but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Before doing anything else :
Make sure that you have updated WordPress to its latest version
Update your active theme and active plugins to their latest versions
There could be a few reasons why your Appearance -> Customize does not work.
1.It could be due to plugin conflict, or plugin outputting conflicting script in your preview.
2.It could be your server not having enough memory to run all the software installed. Which includes WordPress, Customize Theme and your large collection of plugins.
3.Or maybe your computer does not have enough processing power to run it.
4.You are having a different WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)

I am looking to buy your awesome looking theme but I have few pre-sales questions I would like to ask:
1. Are the demo pages made with Visual Composer? Some themes include the VC plugin but the pages aren’t actually made with it so it’s a hassle to try to change something.
2. Does the images come with the demo?
3. Is it possible to use different layouts on different Woocommerce products in my shop Using Porto? Just like you have for example one product is “Default Layout” and another is “Extended Layout” and third product is using “Full width layout”.
Other themes forces you to choose same layout for all of the products.

First of all thanks for showing interest in the Porto WP theme.
1. Yes, all the demos pages are made with Visual Compose.
2. Yes, all the images come with the demos but sorry to say that the images are only for demo purposes, once you import demo content it will come into your site but you will need to change these images before launching your site. Envato license does not allow usage of these same images in final public site.
3. Yes, it is possible to use different layouts on different Woocommerce products in my shop Using Porto. You can set the different layout to different products.

Well . I think its cool . BUT WHAT NOT TO LIKE. Every shop themes you have. When it loade in iPhone, then the images dont shrink with the phone. the pictures hang i right side. Because the image is so big.

If you change or Overrides the Demo it will override the Pages, Products, Images. And you can easily Overrides the Demo on the site by just check yes to Override as showing in the below given screenshot:
You need to reset your WordPress then install a fresh new demo and remember it will remove all of your Content. Please use this plugin for resetting your WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/
OR

1. There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
2. This issue seems to relate with any 3rd party plugin, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from your site and activate only theme required plugins. I don’t know why, but your theme is way too slow! I’d like a refund please, this is clearly unacceptable.
I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out why it’s so slow, why it slows down the admin page for no reason, what the hell this theme/plugin is trying to do that takes so much time even though it has nothing to do on most of the admin pages, but I couldn’t find anything.
Installing caching/speeding plugins didn’t improve anything, it’s still slow.
I got 84K products for 10K categories on WooCommerce. Pretty sure your theme doesn’t scale very well.
Now, don’t answer me with excuses or that my server is too slow or not enough powerful. I’m a dev, I’ve tested it on my machine (localhost) that have a Core i7 and 16 GB RAM on an SSD.
If that’s not enough for your theme, I don’t know what is. And for the record, other themes (like Kava for example) doesn’t show this slowness, they work fast as if I hadn’t installed another theme or plugin.
Enough wasted time, I want a refund please, before I leave a 1-star review.

This is quite normal for all WordPress Websites. It is not the Theme-specific, but how Wordpress works. All Wordpress sites need to be optimized once launched. IDX and IMPress just add more load to the page speeds.
You will need to optimize certain aspects of the Website in order to optimize the page load speeds.

First of all, you need to optimize all the images, you can use this plugin, which takes care of this:

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are in the development process of the documentation and the minimum max-execution_time required for the latest Theme is 600 also written in the section when you go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> System Status, and it is not because of the only max_execution_time but it also because of the server compatibility as well. So I suggest you to please once try/test the Theme on any other server hope you will not find an issue.
