Hello. Updating to 4.8.5 still hasn’t resolved the issue with the cart icon on mobile. Please fix ASAP.

Now it’s just the cache issue at your end nothing else, so please check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find this issue.

Ugh. This is incredibly frustrating. The mobile menu is now the main menu and the top navigation menu. How do you change this??

If you do not want to show the Top Navigation in Mobile Panel then please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Constant updates…every 4 or 5 days another update…usually to fix the bugs in the previous update…i have to back up my site, do the update, fix all the things the update ruined…update again…more updates…seriously you do not need to update this 30 times a year FFS

Sorry for the inconvenience, but as you know that there are some plugins in the theme which are required and recommended ones like WP bakery and WooCommerce and Slider Revolution etc, and they all updated their plugin almost 10 times with in last 3 months, so when ever the plugins are updated we have to update the theme for making it compatible with the plugins, and as you know that we have introduced a brand new feature Header Builder in our latest release so when we released it some customers dis-like it then we again have to update the theme and included both theme options panels as well and like this some time we have to fix some minor issues so for that we have to update the theme and we update the theme because of you, we do not want you and any customer face any theme issue so that is the reason we update the theme, hope you can understand now.

Yes, you can, Please use Porto Carousel element and set it as per your requirements and then use Porto image Frame inside Porto Carousel element multiple times as per your requirements, it will work for you like a slider :).

You will need to optimize certain aspects of the Website in order to optimize the page load speeds.

How to display products SKU number in product category, not in product page, have that options?

Sorry to say that but you can show the SKU on single product page not on Category, and you can turn it ON/OFF as per your requirements from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Waiting for support, new update has broken the cart icon in the header in Firefox and mobile… Losing sales because of this mess :/

I did respond to all in support, they took a long time to respond and now they’re coming back and saying we have a CDN and caching turned on, they’ve turned off the caching and we don’t use a CDN… The problem still exists and I see other customers reporting it too… So someone needs to take this a bit more seriously and get this fixed… Your support in the past has been a lot better, right now it’s awful…!!!

And The CDN is enabled on your site, you can see in your ticket reply, our team provided you the screenshot, and please check our Live Demos on mobile as well, there is no issue in the Theme but the issue is only on the Customers site, who are reporting it and for solving this we need Admin and CPanel access from the customers.

I just upgrade to newest version and shopping cart button on mobile on header isn’t showing the drop down cart now when clicked, also on mobile and desktop on the my cart page the discount code doesn’t let you enter a discount code when you click the drop down arrow to enter code. I just reverted to V4.8.3 using shop 14 and the main header cart button is working on mobile now but the discount code are is still not working.

Thanks for your great theme, I have a problem relating the woo-commerce registration form.

Unlike your shop 2 Demo, the registration form contains only the Email field in short info or First Name, Last Name and Email fields in full Info without password fields, so the customer can not create a password to login the next time because of the missing field. Also when customer clicks the Create Account check box in check out page get nothing instead of password field.
