There appears to be a major conflict between jupiter and gravity forms 2.4.2 – When they are both active the entire site gets a 503 server error besides the homepage.

All the Jupiter visual composer elements are gone, users who used your theme can’t upgrade to X without rebuilding everything from scratch… you assured and promised wp-bakery addons and migration tools would be offered but nothing… after 100+ jupiter sites our team has built. Hi Ben, WPB for the Jupiter X is going to be added very soon, but I guess here is misunderstanding about the situation. You probably installed Jupiter X and expected the pages and layouts to be the same. Well, we mentioned that for now till WPB and migration tool comes out, it’s better to use Jupiter X for new websites, not your old websites. You can download the latest version of Jupiter theme in the ThemeForest downloadable package + as auto updates + your Artbees Portal account. So, I think it’s too soon to judge about Jupiter X

We will release constant updates and provide support just as always for Jupiter 6. There is nothing to be worried about. Jupiter X is just an option to choose. It is like buying 2 themes with the price of one. That’s it
Then you guys really need to separate these. Jupiter X should be it’s own individual themeforest product separate from the current Jupiter. Plus more sales for you guys. The route you took just confuses customers and has upset a lot of your core jupiter agency user base.

I need to mention that we are adding the Mobile Lazy load option to make it possible to increase the mobile speed score too. It will be super fast in the coming days, but it doesn’t mean that you will get the best result without any optimizations.

i updated the theme but my current website which was on old jupiter is being crashed because you guys moved on elementor, i dont like elementor , i wish you stayed on previous builder

In case you would like the WP Bakery (Visual Composer) you could stay on Jupiter version 6.x. We’ll support it for 18 months.
However, Elementor is much faster ans has perfect UX. Did you check our videos and articles regarding Elementor and Jupiter X?

Jupiter X is a theme, while Elementor is a page builder. In Elementor Pro, you have the option to change some part of the theme such as header and footer, but without using Elementor you are actually using large amount of its benefits. In the other hand, Jupiter X is a theme which can be used by Elementor or without it, however due to it’s reliability, it is recommended to use it. You are free to use any other page builder as well. It is not limiting you to choose your page builder.
On the other hand, Jupiter X and its bundled plugins such as Raven will give you most of the Elementor Pro features and in some parts, adding new features to it without any extra cost. And unless Elementor Pro, it’s just one time fee.

just updated the theme to 6.1.6 and the test color for the Fancy title element became dark and it isn’t taking the value of #FFF; I have tried to change the color twice and it isn’t working. I have cleared server cache.

have tried installing jupiter x and thankfully I hit the live preview button before activating it as it doesn`t work This is the first theme I have bought on here that doesn`t even load up. this is all it says (This page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request.
