Really bummed about tranmautritam over the past 6 months or so… Your support has gone in the toilet. I’ve bought this theme for a few domains under several businesses and had a great experience in the past but lately I’m getting long wait times and having to chase up simple tickets http://prntscr.com/m9v153 this ticket for example was opened in November… My support has now expired and with no help on this ticket and very slow help on others. I really like your themes and your support in the past has been amazing, not sure what happened…

Sometime during a previous update WP Bakery has stopped functioning. When I click on items to add to the page nothing happens. Any thoughts as to why it stopped working? A possible solution?

Please try to update the theme, then from Appearance > Install plugins try to update the WP bakery page builder.
You may need to activate the theme license to be able to get access to the bundle plugins.

I use TheFox and every time i get the message “New WordPress Theme Cesis has been released on Themeforest. Front-end editing, Powerful Theme options & Faster than any other theme on the market. Check it now” i click it away but it comes back after every screen. Pretty annoying!

My The Fox theme is in developer mode which causes some problems. I can’t change anything? Is this because my license has expired? I was in the understanding that only the support would expire but not the theme?
Do i need to renew my support of buy a new license or is there anything else i can do?

You just need to update the theme ( You can use the envato market plugin )
Then from Thefox > License, put the your license number and register the theme.
This will fix the problem.

Backend onlys shows WP Bakery components in classic mode. Not in the backend editor. And components not showing in the backend still exists in the frontend like the blog component.

Hi, I bought the theme more then two years ago. I use the Envato Market plugin to see if there are updates. I understand I do not have support anymore, but the theme should work properly correct? Even without activation?

No, you need to activate the theme, if you bought it then you have a license to activate it, if you have the latest version of the Envato market plugin you should be able to update the theme to the version 3.6.1 : update the theme.

after the new update I cant log in wordpress control panel and the website not working , Just give me the message :

Regarding the first error you had it is because you are using an old version of the Page builder, update the plugin and the problem will be fixed.

I am having an issue with the page displayed on the front end when selecting the Blog page, Grid Left Sidebar with the Classic Navigation rather than the Load More navigation. If the classic navigation is selected it will only show the most recent blog post. If I switch to the Load More navigation then the page displays correctly. When can we expect a fix for this??

My support for this theme has long expired but when updating to the latest version of the theme I am constantly receiving the following error:

The error relates to the following line of code:

Changing the array values to 0 removes the error from displaying on the page but, again, I am having do to this whenever I update the theme.
Is there something I am doing wrong, or a setting I need to update?

rubbish demo content. nothing comes out as it should. demo doesnt load up like what the demos should look like. maybe your documentation is out of date?
