I have a question and I’m not getting the confirmation email to activate my support account, so I will ask here 
if you go to fruitmerch.com/shop it looks fine on PC, but from a couple mobile devices, one using safari, and one using chrome, I get this bug, https://imgur.com/a/f1ycYRL where the menu isn’t loading right.
On another instance of Chrome on mobile it works, but half the time it does not.
How do I fix this menu to stop it bugging like that?

So it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, so please check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and yes also please make sure that you are using/testing the site on latest IPhone Safari version.

But I would like to make colors appear from lightest to darkest color (left to right). Currently, I think they appear to be ordered according to color variable ID.

1. The emails working now, I installed WP Mail SMTP Plugin, using Sendgrid API, but the mails are going to the SPAM, how do I correct this please?
2. I purchased and downloaded the theme on Dec 1st while you last changelog pointed to 11.29.2018, do I still need to download and install it again or I better fix with the suggested options from the dashboard?

And regarding outdated Woo template in the Theme, I already suggest you to please download the Theme package again from your Theme Forest account and update the Theme again your issue will resolve because we have released a new updated version of the Theme on 1 December 18 with purely compatible with the latest WooCommerce.

I believe theres an issue since the latest update. It seems many people are having similar issues. Mine in particular is in the “product tabs”. The text is not showing up in certain tabs and it’s all messed up in the ones it is showing up in. How can I fix this?

Since the latest update, my website looks totally damaged and not working properly:
a) Sometimes the Theme Options are not loading in the backend and I can not click anything nor set any options (no its not the cache)
b) Updating the “WPBakery Page Builder” and “Revolution Slider” with the setup wizard always ends in the status “failed” behind the name
c) The style of my “header type 1” with menu changed quite a bit and looks ugly now. The arrows in the menu are too big and the edges are cut. Also the shopping cart icon looks wrong.
d) Product tabs in woocommerce look different suddenly with sharp edges and missing parts.
e) Horizontal lines below headers have a strange while line in it.
f) woocommerce always popups an error “please select a product option first before checkout”. however by standard there are always some bullet points selected and the article should be able to be checked out. Only after “reset options” and reselecting them makes it possible => useless!
Please fix this asap and tell me how to make it work again! thx

Please download the German for Germany latest translation files of the Theme from below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and change the site language to German for Germany from there and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
