I saw that you are now developing a new template, which looks very nice. One of the main thing that would prevent me from getting your theme would be the design/layout of the current demos. The new one you are working on now looks so much better from that screenshot you showed. Any chance we could take a look at a demo of your new version before it launches? Also when are you planning to release it for purchase?
Regarding functionality of your theme, does your theme work like Airbnb, in that it calculates and charges a commission from each booking from the customer? I am interested in a doing a site with the same Airbnb type service, that users can list and manage their rooms/properties and so on. Does your theme have these functions?

Thank you. You have done very nicely with the new design. Look forward to testing the theme when you release the new design. Specially the Partner/Vendor area, if everything, the property submit forms, etc, all matches nicely with this new design, it would be great. For me design is the first thing I look at. Oftentimes a theme or platform has great features, but it lacks in design, which is very said. But from the design alone so far it looks very good, and it looks like you put some love into it. Before making a final decision I will need to test the features and options as well. The current demo is limited once you register and login. Look forward to the looking at the released version.

1.while partner add a new property for rental, administrator does not take email for approve
2.when a guest make booking – ther comission of the administrator %5 – administrator can not see income total from partner, this is a mistake of the website
3. when a guest make new rental booking, administrator and partner can not take email of notification about new booking
4.When a new partner register, administrator does not take email to approve this partner.

3. Maybe your hosting block send email function so you can not receive email after booking. Please refer our document to config send email function for theme.

I notice on the demo when a user login, they can add wp-admin and get backend access but only to their profile. Will you block that access or no?

This is default function of Wordpress so we don’t change it. With theme, you can config page redirect after login in theme settings when using login function of theme.

There is no possibility to create an attribute with the name in Cyrillic. To create in Cyrillic, you must first create in Latin and then rename. This is not very convenient.
Please solve the problem with the OptionTree plugin. The included plugin breaks the work in the admin panel.
You have to set up the Cyrillic font style for your site before use it.
