Hi, i’m having a problem with using this theme and it’s plug-ins, as when I load the website, it shows me the error 500. “Page isn’t working” I just installed this theme few months ago.

Also, WPBakery Page Builder and Porto Functionality always failed to updated. Can you help me? Thanks

Thanks but after checking it was determined that the porto functionaliity plugin is causing the problem. After disabling this plugin everything is working as it should. The problem is I don’t want to disable it.

These are the new error messages – clearly pointing to the theme as the issue.

Hi,

Yes, May be the issue occurs because you are using the older version of the Theme, which is no more compatible with the latest version of WordPress, WP Bakery, WooCommerce etc. So I suggest you to please update your Theme and WP and also the Theme required/recommended plugins and then deactivate your site all the third party plugins and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will solve the issue for you.

Please download the latest Theme Language translation files from the below-given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and change the site language from there as well and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

It is working perfectly fine at my end, I think your code has some issue, Your code is now conflicting with any third party plugin or with any Customization on your site.

So Please once recheck your code again or check it on a Test site on fresh new WordPress with the latest Theme.

I just deleted the entire code and put a simple alert (‘ok’); then saved, refreshed the website, and the code is not running, neither appearing in the webpage source code.

1. Please edit your homepage and scroll below to the bottom you will find Porto Modal Box element like showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HAmqYgB.png
so that modal box is generated using that Modal Box Element and the styling and Background image is being set for it via Custom CSS you will find in the Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HAmsBWL.png & https://pasteboard.co/HAmt6lU.png

If you want to remove the Pop-Up, just simply delete the Porto Modal Box element.

2. You have to use any third party plugin for this but at your own risk as we do not provide the support for any third party plugin.

1. The portfolio skill is just the meta type of the portfolio nothing else. You can add any thing in the skills which you have. If you want to hide it you can easily hide it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Meta >> De-Select the Skills. http://prntscr.com/ltg5lo

2. You can add the link to the live preview button from portfolio backend. Please edit the Portfolio then add the portfolio link. http://prntscr.com/ltg6z6

3. If you want to change or translate the Project Description text then you should translate the theme languages file find in wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder and make the changes in the theme translation files and upload them to wp-content/languages/themes folder.

Yes, If you Install another Demo on the same site then it will duplicate the pages and posts on the site or override the content, It depends on the check box while you importing the Demo: https://prnt.sc/i9wm59

So I suggest you to Install the Theme on Local or any other test site and Activate the Theme there with the same purchase code and Import any Demo as per your requirements and then deactivate the License from your Test site by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button there, so just click on it and then activate the Theme on your main domain with same license by following the same steps.

I have a ticket sitting for days. I have paid developers to look at the images display and they tell me it is a Jquery error that even if they fix it will break on next update with Porto, Unless you have it fixed. Please respond it has been days. You looked at the site. Turned off a bunch of Plugins and then made a test product that I see that has the same problems. And then never got back to me.

I had to hire someone to fix this problem. The problem is that your items worked fine after importing demo content. But when we made our own, simple or varied, the problem would happen.

If you turn off the JS it will break on each and very new product that you make.

I have found the folder to upload fonts to and uploaded the font manually through ftp, but when I tried to use fonts for H1, the size only showed on the editor and viewing the page, while the font and color did not show at all, not only for custom fonts, but even for other fonts including google fonts.

What does it need to make it work?

Hello, Is it possible to customise the header in mobile mode, please? I currently use header 14, and have phone number displayed. In mobile mode the phone number displays next to logo, which causes the logo to be too small. I’d like to display logo first in full width, and phone number underneath.
