This is basically the file permission issue from your server, Your server allows Permission to all files as “World writeable directory”, Please contact with your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to fix this permission issue for you on your account and then again update the theme hope you will not find an issue.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 02/03/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi I have a problem with Google Console, the sitemap is not completed, there are error in category field. Index report said that e.g. https://www.electroavenida.com/category/iluminacion-led/ has a no index tag, and it is not possible, in all in one seo plugin i did not set that. The same problem appear in product category, and product tag.

Hi, ALL in ONE SEO Pack told me the problem is the theme, there is an error when i set a dinamic sitempap generation option. I tried disabling the rest of the plugins but the error is. I set up the AIOSP in other theme and it works. I inform it to you to let you know the issue. Thanks!

We have not tested “ALL in ONE SEO” so we are unable to provide you the suggestion for that as this is the third party plugin and requires Customization that is why I suggested you to use Yoast SEO plugin.

Just updated all my sites and 3 of them (not using wide menu) works just nice. But my main site which use wide menu settings get the menu popping out from everywhere during pageload, then when page is fully loaded it closes back to normal again after a short sec.
Also container width and menu popup width was totally wild but after i saved container width at 1000 and then back to my normal 1280 the width went back to normal.
But you really need to look at the menu poping up like a long vertical row during pageload.

Latest Theme Version 4.8 is Installed with latest Plugins and there is no issue like you mention “the menu popping out from everywhere during pageload”.
I think you were facing just the cache issue nothing else on your site. Otherwise, the issue must be on our Live site and I also tested the theme now at my end too and do not find this issue.
And regarding PHP Notices, Please once check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins and activating all the theme required/recommended plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache otherwise please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and Cpanel or FTP Login details so we will check it for you.

Hello.. Yes as always all cache deleted and tests has been done in staging site also, multiple installs and multiple browsers.
The menus in your demo sites is to small thats why you do not have any issues, all the small menus in my sites also works perfect.
But when menus has full width and columns in 2 rows then the second row alone is opening during page load, not the entire menu. Tested in 2 installs now.
You can see it here: www.arctic-fritid.no there you will see that only the second row from menu FRILUFTSLIV is poping down from header during page load.
So you just have to make a bigger full width menu in your test site to see the issue.
I have fixed the PHP notices in my site. You had some undefined indexes and some typing errors around. The char ” ; ” was misplaced several places in /themes/porto/style.php

Sorry, but none of the issues are solved?? I had solved the PHP notices but they are all back again with latest 4.8.1 update.
The menu issue is still the same and i was able to force the same issue in your demo after several attempts by forcing a page refresh the hard way. So it seems like in a heavy site menu is loaded as not wide so you get all columns in one vertical row.
Also we have the following JS warning (also in your demos): Source map error: request failed with status 404 Resource URL: https://www.arctic-fritid.no/wp-content/themes/porto/js/popper.min.js?ver=4.8 Source Map URL: popper.min.js.map
Ok, after going deeper into porto CSS i did find the issues. Porto is using CSS to hide the menu popups above the header like this:
.mega-menu .popup { top: -2000px; }
And because my menus is very big they did appear 500px below header. So by changing the CSS like this:
.mega-menu .popup { top: -3000px; }
The issue is solved. So please add this fix to your theme.css

There are three Rows:
1. Header Top: 2. Header Middle: 3. Header Bottom:
In the standard Header, Menu is perfectly Scrolling because it is set in the Header Middle. I think you have set the Menu in the Header Top or Bottom section that is why it is not scrolling with the header scroll. You have to set the Menu in the Middle header then check, it will scroll with the header.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with the help of Theme Options, HTML and WordPress both are different platforms. Both have their own standards, and Syropress theme was a very very old version and it was from Syropress and the Porto WordPress you bought now is from P-Themes, both have different Authors. So you have to create a header by using Theme Options and our newly introduced feature named “Header Builder”. I hope you will not find this issue.

Why split Porto Theme options??? The worst move ever… Please get it back as used to be single one. You make inconvenient it and waste of time to go 2 places now instead of one… Also 4.8 version broke my website, namely subheader and critical element Porto Concept (may be you brought some problems with WPBakery 5.5.5). Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
Or
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme. Otherwise try/test the theme on any other server hope you will not find this issue.
Also can you please consider to extend your support? It’s already expired from August 2017.

When in the mobile version of the site I click on any image that should be opened through lightbox, I see a pop-up window that is even smaller than the original image. And for changing any word translation as per your requirements, just edit the po file and change the word translation as per your requirements and save it and then generate the mo file from that po file and upload/replace both files at the same place and check your site after removing the browser cache, it will work or you and please use po edit software for editing the po file and generating the mo file from that po file.
