When will the Version for WP 5.01 and higher be released? The max version shown here on themeforest is still WordPress 4.9.x, Is it 100% Gutenberg compliant and working with it? Thanks

X is always kept compatible with the latest versions of WordPress. ThemeForest has not made 5.0 an option yet so we can’t mark it as compatible even though it is. We also released this post several months ago about our products and Gutenberg.

Thanks for your reply. Please get in contact with Envato that they add that options as our customers look for templates on Envato and right now they wait and wait until the WP 5.0 compatibility gets mentioned. No new customer want to have lower than 5.0 which is considered as outdated so Envato should provide that option. we alredy wrote to them but perhaps it helps more if the authors write too! Thanks

I’m afraid that Envato system doesn’t have the ability to set the WordPress version to 5.0 as we are not the one who made the themes sold in the market. Envato market is just a platform and the people who are responsible for updating their WordPress are the authors and this is the reason why we have the forums so that the buyers and the authors who have questions regarding this update can get their answers from the experts.
I suggest you set Version 5.0 now in the system and if that is like you say, then get in touch with LEVI, so he sees that it is NOT the authors but an ENVATO system problem!

Where can I find older versions of the XTheme that I can download?
I downloaded the last version available at themeforest, but when activate, wp still says that have old version, and new version is available, why this happens?

Please make sure to validate your X theme which will enable automatic updates so your theme is always on the latest version. You can do this by following these steps.

And yes, you can get the latest version from ThemeForest (top of our listing shows the version) or once validated you will be notified automatically in your WordPress dashboard once a new version is available.

When you buy X, all the Extensions are included in the download package for free. They all need to be installed just like any other WordPress plugin. There are a few plugins we integrate more closely like allowing Slider Revolution sliders to show above or below your header. We don’t modify the code of any of these plugin, but there are a few where we add extra to the theme to make them run better with X.
Is X theme compatible with PHP 7.2?
Yes, X is compatible with any PHP version that WordPress supports – this includes PHP 7.2

Does it need PHP7 to run or is 5.6 ok?

The latest version of X is 6.3.8.
X will work with any version of PHP supported by WordPress. You will have noticeable performance improvements if you use PHP 7+ but it will work on versions as old as 5.2

Hi, i’m starting with a new project web for customer; i want to know if is possible with your theme have specific page (home, company, team, services, contacts) without shopping cart icon in navigation and shop online page with shopping cart icon in navigation menu. That’s because i need some pages of website must be corporate style and I want also that the cart icon, can be showed only in shop page. Is possible?

The way our Theme Options are setup, it would in fact always show the shop icon. However, our support team could help you find a way to hide it on non shop pages. It would be fairly easy with a little custom CSS.

Hi, with the new wordpress update it seems like Layout template ( Blank – No Container | Header, Footer and all the other one) are no longer in the “edit” section in pages, only in quick edit, is it intended ? It’s no big deal I give you that, but i’m kinda old fashioned and don’t like changes, so are my eyes getting old and I missed it, is it intended or will you guys will add it back ? Thanks for reaching out. Under the current version of Cornerstone you will need to click “Edit With WordPress” to see all the WordPress settings. In the next update (almost ready for release) you’ll be able to access the settings even if you use Cornerstone as the editor.
The setting is still available, but WordPress moved it to a new location with the 5.0 update. If you click the gear icon you can toggle the settings panel. Look for the “Page Attributes” section under the Document tab.

We do not. Many themes do not include PSDs any longer due to the way themes are now customized. For the ones that do, they are relatively unhelpful. X does include a Template Manager that allows you to customize various Elements then save the customizations for use in other places or on other sites, so that would be an option.

Hi. I used X theme some years back for my site.
Recently, I have upgraded to woocommerce 3 and it seems slightly incompatible with the theme. I see there is a service for installing x theme, $50. Is there a service also for UPGRADING the theme for me? I do not really want to change anything, just upgrade the site and not hassle with other things breaking.

We do not offer any upgrade service but there should be freelancers who can do this for you. We recommend setting up a staging environment to test the upgrade and once done so you will be able to better evaluate if everything works properly and if there are any things that need to be fixed.
Does this theme allow you to create pages without menu bars—i.e. a landing page?
Sure! On any page you can disable the header and/or footer. This way you can create unique pages that shouldn’t follow the primary site design.
where can I find row in cornerstone omg I’m loosing it

Rows are part of the layout so they can’t be added directly. From the “Layout” tab you can add a section. Inside the section a row will automatically be created for you. I replied to your other comment with a link to support if you need further assistance using the theme or Extensions

Absolutely! You just need to have one license per production site. Our validation system even supports adding another URL for staging or development purposes.

We don’t have a notification bar built in, but there are free plugins you can use to achieve something like this.
The Extensions (bundled plugins) we include are all premium versions that you would need to purchase separately if you were using a different theme.
Sure, you can use any additional plugins that you want. In our experience X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices.
