Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Shop Page. After editing Shop page scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find the content inner top option and in it, you will find a block slug name which means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to Blocks and finds and edit the particular Block, edit it and change anything as per your requirements.

This is quite normal for all WordPress Websites. It is not the Theme-specific, but how Wordpress works. All Wordpress sites need to be optimized once launched.

You will need to optimize certain aspects of the Website in order to optimize the page load speeds.

Please download the latest Language Translation files of Porto WordPress from the below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and change the site language from there as well and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi, after the update to wordpress 5.0 I can’t edit product page in Porto (on many web sites, not only one). I deactived Porto theme and tried with another one and it works OK. Any idea what’s wrong? For now I can’t published any new product – the description area is not displaying the text.

You can change any icon with the help of Custom CSS as per your requirements, there is no option in the Theme for changing it, or you can use any third party plugin for that as well but at your own risk.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 09/04/2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, When you Import any Demo then complete Content will come with the Demo Import, If you want to remove anything you can do it by yourself after Importing any Demo.

What do most buyers of the theme do? Do they not import a demo and then set up from scratch? Or are there instructions on what/how to delete everything out of a demo?

I think you have mis-understood me, If you want to use the Look of any Demo then you have to Import that particular Demo, and when you import any Demo then Dummy Posts, Products, and Pages comes with the particular Demo. If you do not want to use those Content that come up with the Demo Import, you can remove/delete it easily by going into WP-Dashboard >> Pages and Posts and Products etc.

Thanks but after checking it was determined that the porto functionaliity plugin is causing the problem. After disabling this plugin everything is working as it should. The problem is I don’t want to disable it.

These are the new error messages – clearly pointing to the theme as the issue.

Yes, May be the issue occurs because you are using the older version of the Theme, which is no more compatible with the latest version of WordPress, WP Bakery, WooCommerce etc. So I suggest you to please update your Theme and WP and also the Theme required/recommended plugins and then deactivate your site all the third party plugins and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will solve the issue for you.

I just deleted the entire code and put a simple alert (‘ok’); then saved, refreshed the website, and the code is not running, neither appearing in the webpage source code.

so that modal box is generated using that Modal Box Element and the styling and Background image is being set for it via Custom CSS you will find in the Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HAmsBWL.png & https://pasteboard.co/HAmt6lU.png

If you want to remove the Pop-Up, just simply delete the Porto Modal Box element.

1. The portfolio skill is just the meta type of the portfolio nothing else. You can add any thing in the skills which you have. If you want to hide it you can easily hide it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Meta >> De-Select the Skills. http://prntscr.com/ltg5lo

2. You can add the link to the live preview button from portfolio backend. Please edit the Portfolio then add the portfolio link. http://prntscr.com/ltg6z6

3. If you want to change or translate the Project Description text then you should translate the theme languages file find in wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder and make the changes in the theme translation files and upload them to wp-content/languages/themes folder.

Yes, If you Install another Demo on the same site then it will duplicate the pages and posts on the site or override the content, It depends on the check box while you importing the Demo: https://prnt.sc/i9wm59

So I suggest you to Install the Theme on Local or any other test site and Activate the Theme there with the same purchase code and Import any Demo as per your requirements and then deactivate the License from your Test site by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button there, so just click on it and then activate the Theme on your main domain with same license by following the same steps.
