I think it is your site any third party plugin confliction issue, so Please check your site once after deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and then activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site. are built using Porto Image Frame element and with different setting of that particular element, so Please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login so we will set the same page for you as a Test page on your site.

It is actually showing the results of Short codes, If you want to know the particular Short code, you have to Import short codes pages on your site for that. For Importing Short codes please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Import Demo and click on any Demo, you will find a pop up and in pop up just click on the short codes as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HRDXph7.png
and Import it and it will import all the short code pages on your site and then you will be able to check and find all the short codes on your own.

I reinstalled the demo content 3 times and was looking for some kind of settings that I missed during the setup wizard, but I did not see these… probably it’s the same for many other people as well.

Hi, thinking of buying your theme. On mobile in a product category, the filter button is sticky on the left side. Can this be changed into a filter button above the content so that it doesn’t partially cover the products?

And Sorry to say that but you can not change it into the Filter Button above content on mobile version only, But You can turn this Option OFF from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General and turning this sidebar Option OFF from Mobile, will remove that filter button from sticky and will show all the Sidebar Content at the very bottom of the page.

Hello again,

Some strange issues have appeared for me. First, not all of the layouts for product links work. “Wishlist, Quickview on image” and “Show quantity” options do not display correctly. When I select them, the wishlist button disappears completely, and the QuickView button is always in the upper right corner, which is not how they are supposed to look in those layouts. The rest of the layout options display correctly.

The second problem is that I am unable to see star ratings on any of these layouts. WooCommerce settings are active, and when imported, the rating and comments are displayed properly in single product view, and in the featured widget in the single product view, but not anywhere else.

Finally, a question. How are the variations supposed to look in single product view, when “Select Box” is enabled in Porto options? I get a transparent frame with product variables, and I believed it is supposed to be a classic selection box with no graphical effects. Am I doing something wrong, or is this how it’s supposed to look?

1. I have checked the “Wishlist, Quickview on image” and “Show quantity” options, both are working fine as it should be. I think there is an issue only on your site. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Porto 4.8.5 with all latest plugins and WP.

2. I have checked the star rating as well with both layouts and did not find any issue in the latest theme.

3. Yes, the select box should show the dropdown for the variation of the products. Your given screenshot is not open so If you have all these issues on your site please send us site login details through our support system so we will check and solve it for you.

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Shop Page. After editing Shop page scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find the content inner top option and in it, you will find a block slug name which means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to Blocks and finds and edit the particular Block, edit it and change anything as per your requirements.

Hi, after the update to wordpress 5.0 I can’t edit product page in Porto (on many web sites, not only one). I deactived Porto theme and tried with another one and it works OK. Any idea what’s wrong? For now I can’t published any new product – the description area is not displaying the text.

You can change any icon with the help of Custom CSS as per your requirements, there is no option in the Theme for changing it, or you can use any third party plugin for that as well but at your own risk.

Hi, I like the look of the shop 2 theme. When I install the demo, I end up with all the demo products and posts etc. How do I install shop 2 theme and just add my own categories and products etc?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, When you Import any Demo then complete Content will come with the Demo Import, If you want to remove anything you can do it by yourself after Importing any Demo.

What do most buyers of the theme do? Do they not import a demo and then set up from scratch? Or are there instructions on what/how to delete everything out of a demo?

I think you have mis-understood me, If you want to use the Look of any Demo then you have to Import that particular Demo, and when you import any Demo then Dummy Posts, Products, and Pages comes with the particular Demo. If you do not want to use those Content that come up with the Demo Import, you can remove/delete it easily by going into WP-Dashboard >> Pages and Posts and Products etc.
