Good day. I am writing you a bad review. Your theme in this build badly imports demo content with all included plugins. Further, from the plugins you leave only WooCommerce and Elated Core – and it somehow imports. But this is only the beginning, then everything is just beginning. Begin problems with the products page. Pictures with the goods, their description are not displayed, the footer is not shown, the header does not work normally. And this is on the products page. The remaining pages work fine. I spent two days to find an error in the code. Why do you sell unverified products? Why do you need a programmer who even specifies variables in one letter? – this evil.

Description for products is not displayed if there’s no description at all or it’s not properly imported. Footer is not displayed if you didn’t enable it for your products.

I installed the Kendall theme and loaded the demo content. On the product pages, I noticed that when I click on the product’s images in the mini gallery, that the image doesn’t open in a light-box like in the original demo. Instead the website goes directly to the URL of the image. How do I get the light-box to work?

Problem with saving header, importing slider – it’s not the same and there is no way to fix it and I did everything in few installations like in your guide. This is because the latest WP version uses Gutenberg as default page builder, so you see only shortcodes. To get back to WPBakery builder, you need to either update WPBakery plugin or install Classic Editor free plugin from Plugins > Add New. If you really want to implement this, you’d need to install some 3rd party plugin.

We need drop-down navigation menu up to 5th level for our website but we can not find any option to increase the sub-menu level. Also your demo is not showing more than 2nd level in the navigation menu. We have checked that all the menu and sub-menu items are rendering in DOM but it is not showing to the user. Perhaps you have set the limit in custom nav walker.
But we found that, 5th Level Menu is visible in Mobile/Responsive view? How this is possible that it is visible in Mobile but not in Desktop?
How we can we show up our navigation menu up to 5th level in Desktop?

The Elated Gallery module doesn’t add new pictures anymore since the wordpress update. I installed the classic editor, I can get to the point to select the pictures to add/upload once I click on “Add Images” it doesn’t do anything.

Since WordPress recently released new 5.0 version, we have tested our themes, and there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues with Wordpress 5.0.

Themes are not sorted alphabetically, so you can’t search your theme that way. Themes are sorted by original release date.
You should log out from your Themeforest account and try to Submit a ticket through incognito mode in browser.
There’s no need to log in to forum, just hit “Submit a ticket” button and enter your purchase code.
