How do you get the fonts to show after you changed them? I keep refreshing and keep emptying cache and turned off cachewall and still when I make a font change in THEME OPTIONS it will not show the change on the site.
This is driving me crazy!

Hi tzonakos1! Without a link to your site it’s not easy to understand, anyway if your icons are shown as a square this is a problem of permission of the server. It’s a possible “CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing” please check some reports not related to Uncode.

Yep, it seems your host need to enable the woff2 format, the file with the icon is ”/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/fonts/uncode-icons.woff2”
So my hosting provider can enable the woff2 format?
Yes please describe the problem (with reference to the Developers Tools) and reference that this file is not accessible ”/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/fonts/uncode-icons.woff2”, otherwise if you prefer you can also open a ticket in our Help Center but this is not something we can help. At least you can just verify if you have the file on your server by this link: www.YOUR-SITE-HERE/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/fonts/uncode-icons.woff2
If the file is on your server this mean the server is blocking the woff2 format.

I am having trouble with the Related Posts plugin you ship with the theme. It constantly says there is 1 post that needs to be linked. I’ve tried deleting the plugin. Re-installing it. Disabling other plugins.

Hi, I see you have dozen of extra plugins, please try first to disable all extra plugins, if this doesn’t help you can try to disable Uncode, activate the native theme and run the Related Posts plugin wizard with the native theme (then you can reactivate Uncode), if this workaround doesn’t help too it seems there are some server issue.

Navigate in the FTP to your logo anche check permissions based on the application you use (generally is command + i).

Hello I am redoing my website with your template and running into some problems regarding image quality. From the second row of images from the top on the right side the image appears with jagged lines on firefox and internet explorer (on other browsers it. Anyway do you refer to the small pixel lines in the maps? It seems this is just the image antialiasing that is better in Chrome than in FF and IE (PC), since you have pixel oblique line you note the browser render quality.
I have tested with two plugins (flickity and swiper slider) with the same images and on firefox the lines look fine. That was why i assumed could be an issue within the template. Coudl you please check the link again? First and second row on the right are the plugins I wrote above. Third row is undsgn carousel, and the line quality is a lot worse

Has Uncode 1.9.3 been released yet? I just tried to download it from our dashboard to update our theme, but it still says 1.9.1 in the backend without the disable Gutenberg option…
We’re trying to sort out the Gutenberg issue, which we’ve solved by installing the Classic Editor from the WP plugin as mentioned by Undsgn support.
Presumably in the future we’ll be able to switch between Classic / Gutenberg / And Uncode (WPBakery) editor? Or does Gutenberg not allow it at all?
