Hi, I have purchased traveler theme but there is a problem with your calendar. The calendar split a grouped date range into two parts/blocks if the dates goes from one week to the next week. ex. I have a grouped tour from the 21st – 27th (sunday – saturday) the grouped dates are split into two blocks. 1st block sunday 21st. 2nd block monday-saturday. I have been in contact with your support but he stopped answering me the 29th of november. I would very much like to have this issue fix!!!
We checked your ticket and see that is a custom function request because theme does not provide it.
It is not a bug.

I have just checked again, and it’s still the same as you can see.
I have made a new grouped dates from Friday the 5th – Thursday the 11th and as you can see the grouped dates are in two blocks.
I have also made a grouped dates from Monday the 29th – Sunday the 5th and as you can see there are no problem. The bug is when go from one week til another week.

It is not a bug. That’s the layout of the calendar when you set up the group day for Tour service with 2 different weeks.

Hello, a small precision before purchase !! when a reservation is made !!! 1 ° / the customer must pay the entire reservation !!! Then the admin gives the balance to the host. 2 ° / or just the% that the admin to indicate example 8%. And the customer pays the balance when making his reservation?

1. Currently our theme support:
1.1 – All payment from buyer on site will pay via owner of site then the owner payouts to Partner yet. 1.2 – Our theme also support pay directly by Paypal Adaptive method: Mean can set payouts immediately when have booking on system. 2. Let get example. If a tour is 100$ and owner set config commission for site is 8% then the Partner will earning $92. This money will show on Partner account then he can make request for payouts that earning.

Yes partner will request payouts then admin can payment with info provided by partner.

Today we get some feedback from clients about when download our theme have notification about virus issue on window.
After check with Envato we found this topic discussion about this problem

Seems like the external url not working on the modern layout for rooms. 
The room rate pricing shows a comma and a period. How can I change this?
Also for some reason when I make a hotel room available and then try to book that room. I get transferred to the checkout but no form is available.
You can post ticket on our support system then our support team can check for you with your site info for sure.

Yes of course base on your requirements you should make custom code in our theme to make new service booking for Food&Drink yet.
If you would like to selling ticket you also can use with Tour/Activity for input your ticket info for buyer can checkout, without any custom code just change content text.
With your Food and Drink you want to make that should more info how you want for it, then base on it you can decided make custom or not.

I would like to copy the module for Tours or Activities and use it for Food & Drink and sell tickets.
I plan to use Tours & Activity tabs AND hopefully use a copy of module for an additional tab named Food & Drink where we only change content text.
I see homepage has a lot of tabs, so I hope it is not difficult to add another tab. I hope it is easy. If easy, I have a total of 3 more tabs I’d like to add.
If not easy or not possible, can I change the content text of any tab? Because there are a lot of tabs, maybe could use one that I have already removed. I could bring it back and edit the content text.
I prefer first option, because Activities is most suited for copy.

“Location on Map” is not working in the back-end, when we search any location in any post type in the edit or add new post, it’s showing me this “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” and we have updated the Google API keys in the back-end and also enable all the necessary API but still facing the issue.
Google MAP is working fine in the front-end but back-end is a creating issues, So Please check and review asap.

I get the virus alert as well. The download gets deleted by windows virus defender automatically. please look into the matter.
Please check with your software our theme is clean!
Our theme also not support API related with functions on theme yet. You can make API for make mobile app.
Hello I am unable to download the script as my malware and virus detection software is flagging virus in the zip download. Can you double check and scan the zip file with latest threat analysis tool so this can be clean.
