Appearance -> Editor -> CSS style.css – Open -> Edit : #Header_wrapper { background-color: #000000; } After clearing Browser Cash it was Fixed. But Background of header is not editable from BeTeam -> Theme Options -> Colors Or Header & Subheader.

Unable to update Visual Composer after installing newest theme version; from plugins installer it get’s frozen here after I push update, “Downloading package from envato market…” Nothing happens. All the other plugin installs and updates work perfectly. Thanks.

we did never tested this plugin with BeTheme so we don’t know if it is compatible or not. However, any plugin that is written in accordance to WP API guidelines, should work without issues.

Hi there, does the import/export tools works with WP5.0.1? I try to import and insert after the current builder but doesn’t seem to work anymore?
Ok it works but i have to update 2 times the page, quit and return to the list of pages and go back to the specific page to see the new items in my muffin builder…
And what about Builder SEO? i can’t find the link in the gutenberg builder?

1. Currently, there is a small issue with Import/Export. It does not reload due to terribly working Gutenberg editor.
2. We are working on it. At this moment, Builder >> SEO works with Classic Editor instead.

when i update logo, the new url is updating in the dashboard, but on the site is still showing the old logo.

Hello, I got this theme yesterday, but I had to reinstall my. Godaddy WP Hosting server, the problem is that every time now I try to install the theme, it ask me to register the key again, and it shows that I have used it already and I have to delete the folder where is installed.
I contacted Godaddy, and even used FileZilla php, but that folder no longer exists since we erase the server, but every time I tried to verify the key code, it still shows that I used it.
Godaddy suggested to contact you guys for a new key code.

Yes, exactly. I want to edit one of Muffin Builder items.
For example: there’s a shortcode in Muffin Builder that loops through latest posts. I want to show latest custom post type items there.
It would be best if I could create a new Muffin Builder shortcode item instead of editing existing one. Because that way I would be able to use both: the new one and the existing one (for standard posts). But editing the existing one is the only option, that’d work too.
Please, teach me how to do that.
Unfortunately, what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

We have a client who would like to increase the height of the sticky header so that even when you scroll and it’s sticking to the top, it stays the same height – doesn’t shrink down on scroll. Here is an example of they want:

Oh shoot! I just checked the secondary pages, and on those pages it covers over the page titles before scroll. You can see the gray area up top being half-covered here:

In such case, you have to increase top padding for the subheader under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

One note though for anyone else… you have to add this padding through css and not through that dashboard section because the dashboard won’t adjust for mobile/responsive.
We handled it like this…
desktop css:
Subheader {
padding: 80px 0 30px 0; }
mobile css:
@media (max-width:800px){
Subheader {
padding: 30px 0 30px 0; }
}
Complete @media declaration should be:
@media only screen and (max-width: 800px) { ... }
Hi, I have used your Themes before but here is a question about the demo content. When importing it, is there a way to convert it over to Visual Composer rather than Muffin options? Because once imported, and as soon as you enable VC, There is no content there…Just curious if it can be done as it would save quite some time before I purchase the theme for my own website and not customers. pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

Your theme verification code doesn’t work…. I deregistered the code from the other website, I deleted the other website, I deleted the other website’s hosting, I deleted the other website’s domain name…like seriously your theme won’t let me switch the theme verification code. I’m getting really upset.

After the update to WP5 the builder to SEO option has disappeared. How can I access it? And how I can optimize the pages for SEO now? Is the theme Yoast friendly no more?

The email that I got from you is NOT an answer to my question I was looking for… It basically states that your BEtheme is not SEO friendly at this moment unless the classic editor plugin is installed on the web site with BeTheme. I think you should make it official and let everybody know that.
What happens next then? Are you going to fix this issue in your theme or not? Classic editor plugin apparently will soon be discontinued… that will render BETheme useless. Looking for an answer on this… Thanks.
Yes, we are currently working on it to make this terribly working Gutenberg compatible with Builder >> SEO.
BTW Can you point us to place where you found verified information that Classic Editor will be discontinued? So far we didn’t saw such information and in our opinion, there was never so such terrible update as Gutenberg.
