I have a site with alot of shortcode from Enfold. That theme is no longer updated frequently and stable like yours. Do you guys happen to have an Enfold theme converter thingy?

Enfold uses own builder that was built for this theme only and due to that it won’t be possible to switch the theme to BeTheme easily and get all content already fit to new theme.
However, we did not noticed anything unusual or complicated that couldn’t be easily and quickly produced by BeTheme. Also, the slides made with Slider Revolution, should be easily imported/exported as we do also do have the same plugin included into package.

i have WordPress 5.0.2 and BeTheme 21.0. The Muffin Builder doesnt load template an i can’t export with the Builder. If i try it the Builder says “Muffin Builder data processing…”

BeTheme v21.0 and Wordpress 5.0.2 – Import does not work on pages or templates. When I click the Import button, nothing happens. I have tried to disable all plugins but I am getting the same result. The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. I think betheme is an amazing theme. I love it.
However I have been having an issue.
The 1920×1080 header large image doesn’t appear in full.
It appears as though it is 1920× 400?
It doesn’t display as big as it should. You can check here allthecooins.com
I want the image to be wide in desktop view. And display with the slide effect just as the default betheme layout with the big blue image at the homepage.
Please how do I do this?

Are you planning on updating them or releasing more in near future? 2. None of them had any Blog sections – why? 3. Will you be able to include any ‘Booking’ specific plugin/functionality? 3. Will you make the Booking form a little more -industry-specific?

1. We have new in plans but don’t know when exactly as the queue of pre-built layouts is long.
2. Pre-built websites (demos) are only examples of what could be accomplished with the BeTheme. So basically, you can do much more than you see on specific demo.
3. Because we do not have such feature included, you have to use 3rd party plugins to make a Booking form that will fit for hotel.

something is wrong with my contact form of BeTheme. An e-mail delivery is only possible if I am logged in wordpress. Furthermore I can not integrate a (re)captcha. it will not appear in the form (frontend). However, I did not make any changes to the source code. E-mail settings fit, .... I do not remember?

and I can see that :
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember to set up Google Maps API key under Theme options > Global > Advanced section. If you won’t do this, you will get “Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details” error message instead of map. More details about this option you can read on support forum.
