I’m trying to make a save to the THEME PANEL “ADS” and once i click “Save” the loading button just keeps showing. The theme does not save. Running the latest wordpress and your latest theme.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hello Bogdan,
All of my sites have a white space/gap between the menu and the first block on my homepage. I have tried every header style, but the space is always there. I am currently using Style 2 – multipurpose.
Do you know how to change this, so that the menu is basically touching the first block of my latest posts on the homepage?

I have questions before purchasing this theme.
1 – Can I sort posts by category or tag by number of views? for example, can I display posts in xxx category or tag so that the most viewed post is at the top?
2 – can I display posts from a category or tag within a page? Can I sort these posts by the number of views?
3 – Can I sort a custom fields plugin? for example, do I have a movie site and I can sort by IMDb points with custom fields plugin for action movies category posts?

1. Yes, posts can be sorted by category or tag and by number of views. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
2. Yes, you can sort posts on any of our theme blocks in the same way no matter if the page is a standard page or the homepage.
3. Unfortunately the blocks cannot be sorted by other fields except the ones provided by the theme.

Hello! In version 9.2.2 “Posts loop settings” tab don’t work. In version 9.1, everything works fine, but in 9.2.2 the “Posts loop settings” tab disappears … “While using a pagebuilder sidebar settings are not available. To add a sidebar on page use the widgetised sidebar block.” Tested on several sites. Please correct.

It is the browser cache as we experienced this as well. Please reload the page after activating the page builder + latest articles template and the options will be back .

We know about this mini bug which will be fixed in near future updates. Also, please notice that issue appears only a plugin has been installed for your WordPress to exclude the Gutenberg layout, like Classic Editor. If you will remove it, this option will appear. Do you are using the Classic Editor plugin?

Classic Editor has disabled, the error remains. Only when the javascript is completely disabled are shown. But then nothing can be set.

How did you try to change the block size? Please notice that each block uses a certain modules with a certain size, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/k2DBHlXgY7lW Notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the block size. If you want to have your own block size, you should create it according to our API documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/ If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hi,
I finally updated the Newspaper theme from 8 to the latest. I used the Envato Theme to do it. However, when it updated, the website broke and I had to change it in the File Manager to “Newspaper_old” and then reinstall. It worked but I lost all my custom CSS code which took care of ads, images, and logo.
For instance, I have a client that runs a 728×90 on the Top Article placement. It gets cut off now. I was also running a custom Wallpaper ad that utilizes two rails on both sides.
1. Is there a place where I can find the old code? 2. If not, is there a way I can input a custom CSS code for the Top article ad to run outside the container? 3. I want to make my logo larger and I use Header 3. I don’t want to use the full size version. I just want it slightly larger. Any custom code for that?
or to make that 728×90 responsive as it is on the Homepage.

If you already have the custom css aded to newspaper old,. then you have to activate that theme as the code is stored in the theme panel if that is the way you implemented it. It is never a good idea to do such an “update” Though,. Never make the -old version . simply delete and replace. Wordpress does not handle having 2 versions of the theme in your themes section and the theme panel settings and sidebars will be kept o the old version. Once you activate the new version, you will not see any of your custom code or settings as it is another theme.

The ads are delivered by youtube, not the theme. The theme cannot control the ads. Sorry. There is no setting in this regard. There is no simple way of removing youtube’s ad system.

The license only allows 1 website per theme. Testing platforms and sub-domains can be used as well as they are not considered a new website.
