Hello! I have a little problem. After importing the movieholic demo (with plugins, style, content, visual composer content) on the bottom of the homepage 1 is a section that I cannot remove named ’’NEWS INDEX’’ with the latest articles posted and a pagination… Please, can you tell me how to remove it? hi marianbc29, when you edit those page, go to the bottom page, and find JNews: Page Loop > Page Loop Header > First Header Title.

The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.

Can we disable featured image and use regular image and the post thumbnail will be fetched from that? Because I have an app with RSS feed from blog and after using Featured image, the images wont show up in app at all and if I use regular image inside the post then the thumbnail on WordPress post homepage wont work… Correct me if I am wrong but I see this is happening

By default (WordPress), the featured image will be used on the post thumbnail.
If you want to use regular image for the post thumbnail it will also need to stored that image as the featured image. So i think it will be same. It seems you will need to adjust your app. Let me know if you have further question.

2. If i hire any developer to set the theme then there will be nothing to worry for me. But I am thinking to do it myself as i have little bit knowledge about it and moreover i saw jnews theme has a brilliant feature of content migration from newsmag theme. My question is:- As I mentioned my website already approved in google adsense and media.net advertising network, if i change the theme to jnews theme then is there any possibility for disabling adsense account? if yes then what pre-caution i should keep in mind while changing theme to jnews?

1. no you don’t need to buy WP Bakery Plugin. you can use what we include and you will be fine.
2. As our experience with our other customer, we never find any issue during theme migration that related to google adsense account. most of the time it’s working normally. so I think you will be fine when migrating your site.

Hi, There is nowhere to submit a ticket to the support team. It always directs to the sales pages of the other themes. Could you please tell how it is possible to submit a support ticket with the details of the problem encountered?
It continuously directs/forwards to some other pages, even if I log-in to the support page.
On the other hand, there is such a defect that needs to be corrected: The page is left aligned when the layout is set to “boxed” and the content is not fully seen in this case (some of the content is seen). Even it is formatted as full-paged, it still has space on the right hand-side of the page view. Those issues are valid for news demo.
Could you please help me to find an answer to solve these?

Yes, you can combine the element on both demo. But in this case, on each demo will have custom style. So you may need to add some CSS code to combine the element style. Let me know if you need further help.

So could you clear what is the advantage of the WP Bakery Builder compared to Classic Builder which is already available? Pls forgive my ignorance if the question is very amateur

Is it possible to use JNews Gallery with Gutenberg? I see that it works for older articles that are using the JNews Gallery already, but I can’t find an option to integrate it in new articles.

I checked again. It is true that the theme has no errors. The error is due to the theme is not compatible with the kk Star Ratings plugin (https://vi.wordpress.org/plugins/kk-star-ratings/). Can you check the compatibility issue with this plugin to help me? Thanks!
