Hi, I’m trying to upload my newly bought X theme to wordpress and when I upload the x.zip file within the x_package it says “The link you followed has expired”. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Make sure you are installing the theme only files as explained here.
If you are sure you are installing the right file, there may be a timeout happening with your host (a problem with the connection to your server). This can be caused by any number of things, however it is something your host would need to take a look at since the theme itself has no control over it.

Mobile view different on actual mobile devices than what is shown in previewer… seeing a weird blue navigation menu and blue header/footer combo on iPhone 8… that doesn’t show up in cornerstone at all. Not quite sure where those styles are coming from.

These elements haven’t changed since the initial install of the theme, the only thing that was changed was the font size. I’m hoping to get someone from the community to respond here as I don’t really feel like this single question is worth $41.

the theme options is not functioning.. cannot it keep showing a warning on deshboard of the header and footer but when made the edits, its still not working.

I have a problem customizing the header because I want to add a code after the tag adding in the child theme header, the menu and the logo disappear, -

inteto 2) copy all views in the theme child and neither the menu and the logo appear /themes/x-child/framework/views/

Hello, I am thinking of buying the X theme for coincidentally an X-rated adult site. I wanted to ask in advance if your support team will have any issues in viewing a site with adult content if I need help. To be more specific, it will be a gay site with explicit images and videos of nude men, all legal content of course. If this bothers your team just let me know and I’ll look elsewhere for a theme.

Hi, Pre sale question, Can I have a popup to display for the visitor where he can choose which city he is in, so the post, news will be related to that city and everytime he visit the site he will see the content related to his city based on his previous selection, also he can change the city any tie he wants or just enter the site without selecting any city Please advice, if you theme support this or I have to get another plugin to this, if a plugin is need it please recommend a plugin that works with your theme Regards

I locally installed dekstopserver. Updated to wordpress 5.02. Installed the latest X theme. When i click “X -> Cornerstone” i get a blank page. Same with “X -> Theme Options”. All plugins and themes are up-to-date
