We have purchased porto theme for our Shopify stores more than 2 days ago.
We bought 2 licences for 2 stores and later we saw that it’s for wordpress. It runs out there are two versions for woocommerce and Shopify. Unfortunately we didn’t know that before buying.
This is an accidental purchase. Could you please enable Shopify version of the porto theme instead of the wordpress version for the two licences? or refund the money so we can purchase the Shopify versions?
We have been waiting for more than 2 days with refund requests and still we didn’t hear an answer.
Please consider a fair solution and help us launch our sites in the new year.

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for Bakery Page and/or the Slider. Bakery Page and/or the Slider are already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugins directly from the Bakery Page and/or the Slider websites. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

Hi, I would like to add a youtube video to the product page. I went into block and added the link. So, I have the following questions:
1. Where do I add the embed code? It says “Please put the embed code in the content for videos, eg: http://bsf.io/kuv3-" under the modal popup, but I’m not really sure what this means. 2. Is it possible to play the youtube video where it autoplays the same video? I don’t want the screen to have a selection of other youtube videos when my video ends. I also would rather use youtube rather than vimeo.

Can you please tell me where I can add custom CSS which would apply globally only for Woocommerce product pages? I added my css to woocommerce/single-product/title.php file but the elements I want to hide appear before the page fully loads & I don’t want that.

It has to do with a a wrongly configured SSL cert… It will flag the images and such… Any idea?

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

2. Again Yes, it is possible to give a specific menu tab a different background color but with the help of Custom CSS.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I found it out by accident! In Porto Theme Option, under Custom CSS, there is a whole bunch of pre-written CSS rules. I forgot to close a curly-bracket when adding my own rule, resulting in the font-awesome icons to show up (but it will break everything else after that rule, of course).
That’s weird. Can I delete the whole custom CSS file or is it needed for the pre-installed theme?
OK. It is resolved. Sorry for having troubled you. For some reason there was a rule in the custom CSS where the -tag had “display:none”. That was all.

You can achieve it directly from the Revolution Slider’s settings. You can select Custom under Main Slider Settings > Slider Layout (see: http://prntscr.com/5jntic) and specify your minimum slider’s height.

Hello, I have used your theme for one year. I recommend it! It is one of the best of Themes which I have, However, today I met a problem. After installing the plugin Classic Editor (preparing to update to WP 5.02), I have the problem with the posts, pages and other content. I updated your theme, all plugins and WP to 5.02 and it still doesn’t work. The text editor doesn’t appear, I can’t use WPBakery Editor, I can’t add any images…Could you please help me?

Interested in this theme, was hoping you could share some speed test stats and theme size similar to BeTheme’s 6mb size. Thinking of switching over but want to make sure there is no bloat in this theme.

Porto is highly optimized for site performance, you can test our demo site on any speed testing tools and get A class on all of them. Theme file size is 12MB for now but it’s related to redux files, unminified js/css and less files. Other themes removed all of them to reduce theme size and it won’t make any trick for you.

Also can your theme do the header like in the example above?
I meant theme size does not matter anything at all. Currently there’s no such bottom header option at the moment it may require your own customization.
