Hello there, presale question: 1.Can I export data for each student, such as: how many time they spend to finish each lesson;
2. Can I export data for each student such as: if each student has completely finished and validated the entire course in a specific period of time? I want my students to finish completely their course in 30 days, not more. Can I export individually for each student, these metrics that proves that they have completely finished the course in 30 days or less?
3. Does the theme work well with AffiliateWP? Does it require additional addons or plugins to work with?
4. I want to use only the features of the student and admin backend of the theme. All my courses landing page and presentation will be on an other theme, on my main domain. WPLMS will be on a subdomain, and will be only the courses plateform. Is it possible to link the enroll button that I’ll have on the landing page on my main theme and domain, to the woocommerce checkout page in WPLMS subdomain?
To be more specific : theme1 (Astra) where I have all my landing page and course presentation, with an “enroll now” button that links directly to the woocommerce checkout page in WPLM on my subdomain. Students will have their dashboard etc. on the WPLMS subdomain. Is it possible to do that?

2. Yes, you set a maximum duration of the course within which the user needs to finish the course. If the user is unable to finish the course, the course moves into expired state for that user and he needs to purchase again ( if you’ve enabled course purchase , else instructor can increase this duration from course – admin ). I don’t want them to be able to see on WPLMS : - the course presentation/landing page automatically created in WPLMS (if it works like that) - other courses on WPLMS (those will be only visible on my main site whithin my landing page on an other theme).
Is it possible to hide course presentation for all the courses for all visitors (students and not students)?
In fact, I would like to use WPLMS more like a powerfull plugin and for its awesome features, than a complete theme.

Yes, it is possible. In WPLMS we have absolutely blank template files, so you can create your own design. Plugins like Elementor allow you to create header, footer as well. Just share the design and we’ll help you out.

I cannot access the demo front end course creation/edit from https://wplms.io/demos/instructor/ (user: instructor pass: p@ssword). It only shows me the back end editor and WP toolbar. I want to make sure I instructors can add/edit courses without seeing the WP toolbar or having to access the WP backend.

Great! Regarding S3 or media upload, is there any way to hide other media files from instructors so that they don’t have access to all the images and videos on the site? Also, any way to rename “upload S3” or hide/rename to the instructor that this is being stored on Amazon? Instructors don’t really need to know the technology used. They might also potentially get confused by the tech terminology. Thank you!
For Vimeo Pro, do I have to manually create a vimeo album for each instructor so they can only see their videos? (hard to automate) Can instructors upload to vimeo on the front end?
Yes there is an instructor privacy switch available, so instructors only see their uploaded files. Yes you can translate to re-label any string. No for Vimeo everything is automatically handled and instructor privacy will also work. Each instructor will get an album assigned and will have access to that album uploads only.

There is no difference, you can switch to any design. You can enable caching to make it faster. Yes you can embed videos from Vimeo, we also have a plugin for Vimeo which allows you to manage/upload videos directly from the WP media panel

Want to share my experience with the Shortcodes Panel which was blank in TinyMCE.
It happened because my WP setup do not contain WP-CONTENT folder and the shortcodes panel requires wp-load.php which is called by get_wp.php (plugins/vibe-shortcodes/tinymce/).
So I had to modify get_wp.php by changing WP-CONTENT with the name of my folder on line 4.
Maybe this is something that you devs can change to be able to have our own WP setup.

Well for that please try to use the Yoast Seo plugin and set the thubnail for social sharing in its settings for home page . Yoast seo provides a panel to set meta description thumbnail image for social sharing and more .

I’m looking to make a marketplace for students and tutors where I want students and tutors to get registered, complete their profiles but these profiles should be only available to admins of the site.
None of the students or tutors should be able to contact each other directly. Admins for the site should become the bridge between both the parties.
One exception to above functionality is that students should be able to search/find/filter tutors but shouldn’t be able to contact them directly.
