Hi, a couple quick pre-sale questions:
1. Can I charge a monthly membership and then share a % of that membership with affiliates or teachers? For example, my site costs $10/month for each student and for each referral they get 20% and the teachers get a % of a pool of money. Like SkillShare.
2. Does the theme come with all vibethemes plugins, or would I need to purchase each theme separately from your marketplace?

2. No need to purchase anything, it an all in one package.
3. Visual composer and the latest ones are using Elementor. All our pages will be available in Elementor with out elementor page template plugin.
4. It is possible. The number seconds depends on what resources (images, videos etc) are being used in your site. Our main site wplms.io is optimised with a site speed score of 94 link

Activate it from WP admin – Apperance – Setup Wizard and select EventON as feature.
If I run the setup wizard can I lose some configuration, course?
No, just select carefully especially in the content section which is the second last step. For enabling features do not worry you can close the setup wizard page on third step.

1. Edit the coruse , lcoate the pricing section and disable course applications.
2. Simply, Add the login widget in the sidebar (WP admin – Appearance – widgets) on the page. The default is the mainsidebar, but you can set a specific sidebar for a specific page as well. There are multiple login widgets, BBPress, BP course login widget, you can use any of these.
Thanks it worked. Another small thing.. I was seeing on many other sites using the LMS after clicking on take course it adds to cart n takes to checkout where it prompts to login or signup but in my case it popups the login/register button..from where to change it?
I solved this.. just 1 thing WELCOME_MAIL_STUDENT [wplms_registration_form name=”welcome_mail_student” field_meta=1] The mail is not going.. the student is getting registered and can see dashboard also

I have updated. But when I typed “course-cat” as the Taxonomy Slug, the vibe grid has displayed “Taxonomy Mismatch: Selected term does not exist in taxonomy”. So, how should I config this?

Hi, I am trying to activate the new course block released in 3.8.5. but I am not able to find it. Already posted this problem with other person under release log 3.8.5 but no answer so I am trying here.

Yes, all plugins are updated on 3.8.5.

1. We own this theme but can’t update the WPLMS theme, says the link to update is bad. We need help to get the theme update most importantly!

hi support, i have the following issue with this website https://ahdabsb.com. after user buy and complete course order, the units in course curriculum “see this page, https://ahdabsb.com/course/psychological-peace/" is keep disabled (no hyper link to visit the unit content). thanks in advance.

a user already purchased a course, but is still asked to pay. What could have gone wrong ? please also answer my 4 questions sent to you on your support portal
a. Check the order status in WP Admin – WooCommerce – Orders, sometimes the order is still under processing even after the user paid for the order, so change the order status to “completed” and the user will get access to the course.
b. Locate the product which user purchased in WP Admin – Products and edit it, check the connected courses section and make sure the course is selected for the product.
If all the settings are correct, locate the order in WP admin – Orders section, mark it as processing and then again mark it as completed.

WP admin – WPLMS – Demo switcher, select demo and import the home page which also imports the slider. Note this will create a new page as “home” and set it has home page, so if you have already created a home page you will need to set it again as home page.
I have already tried this and it did not install the slider with it.
ok, I am guessing every time you tried this the progress-bar got stuck at around 70% . You can use the direct link to download the slider and import it manually. refer link

The bottom I got to change! But the texts button (“enter certificate code” and “Validate”) and the box color do not.
WP Admin – Appearance – Customizer – Footer , set the colors. For second one, Go to WP admin – WPLMS – Footer
When you set the footer colors from default to something it should automatically correct. If it does not let me know.

Set the course layout from Customizer – Layouts section and the Course pursue page layout from WP admin – WPLMS – Course manager – Course Status layout : Set to fullscreen
I think I replied on facebook about the second issue. The offline course is enabled with progress tied to “time” not to the unit completion. In such courses, if a course is of 10 days in duration, on 5th day it will show progress as 50% irrespective of number of units completed by student.

Hi Vibes, please do you know why am not able to see “Expired and Un-submitted” Status in Assignment Submission? I am trying to reset assignment for my student and I checked here on comments if anyone has similar issue but I saw a screen shot that there is that status option but I do not have it
Un-submitted assignments get auto expired and will be considered as evaluated. So you can check Course – Admin – Submissions – Assignments – Evaluated and then reset the assignment.
