Why are the blog post dates in grid on home page now squares instead of circles after the latest update?

Go to Impreza > Grid Layouts and open your Grid Layout in the editor, hover over Vertical Wrapper element and click “Pencil” icon to edit wrapper settings, once settings appeared, set Corner Radius to 50%, take a look at this screenshot http://prntscr.com/m7sqqu

Hello since I have the update 5.6.1 I have the next styles problems in google and safari browser. (like button and separator appearance) I see that they are saved in an extra stylesheet in the uploads folder, However, this style sheet is not loaded in all browsers. Can this be bug?

I updated the theme to the latest version and I’ve been having massive issues with almost every part of my site. i managed to get through all the timeouts, updated the theme along with all the plugins, but I pretty much had to rebuild the site.

Now, the responsive menu for mobile sometimes works, then for no apparent reason, will stop working. I’ve purged all of the caches and the responsive menu is still flaky.

In addition, a couple of the elements (Advanced Carousel and Image Slider) refuse to work with this new theme. What gives?

The issue with the menu is only the responsive menu when viewed on a mobile phone. On a PC, the menu is fine.

Please deactivate all third-party plugins, which aren’t related to Impreza, clear all cache and if the menu will start working, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.

I don’t see documented compatibility with Wordpress 5.0 or WooCommerce 3.5. Will the theme be updated soon for this?

Hello Ivan and team, love my impreza theme, it the best. Need to address something about the current yellow warning “Your website data needs to be updated to be compatible with Impreza 5.6.1”

1. Curl failing, what is the fix? 2. I believe my old version header builder is corrupted after the update, I had a 3 level menu previously (main,lower,upper) (version 3 impreza) and this is now only showing 2 levels (main and upper). This is fine, but how to correct and not lose the layout?

I have already updated wordpress, all my plugins etc, I also updated to php 7.1 on hostgator.

Apologies, I cannot post the the support forum, I am an original buyer of this theme from many years ago, therefore my forum support is not active, I have bought 3 license on this account and many license for private contracts.

Please post link to solution. I will try disabling all plugins and updating header builder, but I believe it is somehow corrupt. Perhaps my 3.x to 5.x theme update was also a problem.

Ya, no thanks. Guys your update not only is not working, it is doing much more wonky stuff on the host, congrats, but I don’t have time for the damage control.

I see you are telling others there is ‘a solution available’, please post the solution ASAP or give a timeline for the actual fix. (leave a link to the official Impreza KB thread)

I am about to buy this theme again for yet ANOTHER client, but if there is no fix and/or you can’t keep me up to date, I’m going to have to find another dev wanting my money. Bros, you guys have made life easy for us over the past years, please don’t kill your rep.

2. Make sure your server meets these requirements https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/installation/requirements/

3. Deactivate child theme if it activated and deactivate all plugins

4. Update Impreza

5. Activate plugins one by one to make sure they are compatible with the latest Impreza

Orgh come on UpSolution not again… Updated to Impreza version: 5.6.1, Wordpress 5.0.2 and newest WPBakery builder. Everytime I want to edit a page I just get a blank screen.

Inkognito window does not solve it, and there is no cache on the site.

Please just for once make that theme work perfectly when there is WP updated comming. I love this theme, but I started soon to get enough of these problems.

It is totally random. Sometimes a page will load some of the front-end WPBakerybuilder, and sometimes no loading at all.

Update: I tried to make a brand new installation with the main demo import. If I fx go to the “About us” page and click “edit with WPBakery builder” in the top menu, the page just shows the “baker hat” when the builder is loading. The front-end editor is never loading.

I tried with Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

All text disapears on Mobile ever since the latest Wordpress update. Also I can’t get any of the settings on the theme section to save. It just spins forever.

Great thanks for the tips. I ran various server updates to get to the recommendations you made and our site disappeared completely. I had to downgrade PHP again to get it to work.

Hi there, Having multiple issues since updating the theme to the latest version. I am no longer able to update plugins on the website as it times out nor even able to login onto your support potal to post a ticket or even activate the theme anymore. I try to login via Envato and it keeps re-directing me to the login page even though I am logged on to Envato. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, I have this template running on several sites and I really like it. The only problem I face right now is the speed on mobile devices. While Google PageSpeed Insights show a score of 93 for desktop, I only get a score of 36 for mobile. I have this pattern on 3 different sites! Hi, I have de-activated the theme on an older version of my site and I have installed and activated the theme on my new site. When I try to install “WPBakery Page Builder” and “Slider Revolution” I get the following message “An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.” which I have done but still no go. I dont know much about html codes but i am trying to fix a problem on my website: https://swisspropertyfair.ch/

The ad on top i built with a html code on the IMPREZA Theme (header builder). The problems are:

1. some times it is not showing up on google chrome or on explorerm, safari… 2. the href link to the website does not work 3. can’t proper resize for tablet, mobile 4. Ad is not showing properly (shadow on the side)

Hello! This is an excellent theme and we are super happy with it. However, last night our shopping carts started misbehaving (they are shown as duplicates). We have run all tests, disabling plugins and everything but the issue disappears when we temporarily switch to a different theme. This theme is good but the technical support for Visual Composer is the worst. After the change of ownership, none of the plug-in options work with our website and we are at a loss of what to do at this point.

That worked like a charm, thank you! How can I remove my negative comment from earlier? You guys have helped me in a timely manner and fixed the issue. We have just been frustrated with the software changes and that day the issues were over the top.

I have tried to update theme to Imprezza 5.6.1. It fails. It just states ‘Update Failed: Download failed. Not Found’.

I purchased another 6 months of support and although money has been taken from my accont I get this: ‘License of support renewal can’t be activated’.

Is it possible to add a shortcode to the menu?

Hello,

Yes, you can add a shortcode via Text Widget, go to Appearance > Widgets and create a sidebar there, add the Text widget with your shortcode, then go to Appearance > Menus and add this sidebar to your menu as a menu item.
