How do I get the contact form 7 form on the contact page on the Footbal theme to look like the demo?? It says this [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]
And when I make my own contact form 7 and put the shortcode there, the colors and layout doesn’t look the same like the footbal theme demo contact form…

the reason why you do not have the form and colors are different is that you didn’t had necessary plugins like Contact Form 7 installed before the demo import. Thus, we recommend to remove imported content and do the import of the demo once again.

How on earth do you call an admin panel white label and give us that option when you openly have documentation links in the theme editor?
Like for example on the Global > Advanced theme options menu option:

How is this white label? Yeah sure you took away the muffingroup logo and such, but what use is there if you keep the documentation links in there linking to your website? This is silly

From what I understand is a kind of blocks that can be added to the layout.

unfortunately there is no details in the documentation about this feature. However, it is very easy in use. All you have to do is create layout under WP Dashboard > Layouts section and later when you create/edit page, under Page Options section, you have Custom | Layout drop-down field where you can select such already pre-defined layouts.

It’s a pity since the feature is part of the theme, I think this is characterized as a botch by the developer team, have a resource that has no information.
But okay, you could leave this feature as the “Blocks” of the theme Port, which is possible to create separate layouts and embed in the page through Visual Composer, this makes it easier to reuse the blocks.

I’ve never had any issues with this theme, but now when I try to update a page I get the following PHP error:

I’m not sure exactly when this started happening because I haven’t made any updates to the site in a while. Is this a problem you are aware of and for which an update is coming?

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. So if you bought license for Slider Revolution separately, you have to switch to I have purchased an extra licence on CodeCanyon option for plugin under BeTheme Options > Addons & Plugins > Premium Plugins section.

Sorry but we do not understand now. What exactly you are looking for? You want to register Slider Revolution with purchase code or what? Please explain. Because if you mean to register license, such code does not come with the theme as we explained above.

So one again, as we told you above, the plugin that comes bundled with the theme is fully working and don’t need license key for its activation. However, if you want access to pre-defined slides built by themepunch, you have to buy separate license as this is available for PREMIUM users only.

I run your theme on a few licensed web sites and they all have the same issue after upgrade. Just fix the issue. You do not need access to any my sites.

is it possible to use the minimal Header on smartphones/tablets plus action bar (standard it is hidden under t68px, if you use the minimal header under > responsive), and is it also possible to show the slogan in front of the phone number on devices under <768 screen width?
or does i overlook a setting?

thx for the fast answer, maybe a other idea to reduce/change the height of the topbar (the standard one, not the stiky bar) on devices with a width <768px . i try some css classes because they have no effect.

You can reduce the default mobile header height in Theme Options > Responsive > Header. Please set Top Bar Icons option to Hide Icons & Action Bar.
