You could install the Disable Gutenberg plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-gutenberg/ or Classic Editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ to fix this problem. If you install one of these plugins, you could use the WP Bakery (Visual Composer)page builder like as before.
For the life of me I can not use “SINGLE POST” templates. I create a post using the classic editor then go to EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR insert the SINGLE POST BLOCK and end up with a post then a duplicate of post in the template. So one post excerpt appears above the SINGLE POST block and one in the single post block. I delete one and it removes the whole post.
Our process for migrating clients has been to import posts, then laying them into the SINGLE POST block template and it’s a disaster so far.
The alternate method is create a NEW POST select EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR load a TEXT block in to the SINGLE POST block and then publish. It works but takes a lot longer and I am not sure if the text block ports the text as the post itself. Does it affect the seo?
So my question is, how do you work with the SINGLE POST block? We’ve tried everything and are up against a pretty strict deadline.
My second question is, why do half the blocks not work, I get UNDEFINED errors with roughly half that I try and use.
We’ve disabled Gutenburg.

1 – Using Elementor for creating a single post doesn’t affect in your site SEO. Also, if you use the correct element if will help to increase your SEO points.
2 – It’s up to you. Actually, Jupiter X theme has all available options for creating a single post in Wordpress world. You could create a post template and import it for other posts. Please create a support ticket and explain your situation and your needs, after that, our support team provide you the best solution.

It’s possible with some custom codes in Jupiter 6.x but it’s impossible in Jupiter X.

The theme is very well done on a graphical and interface level but presents serious problems on the SEO side. I invite the development team to release versions with solutions. One of the major problems is related to the use of JS and non-JS version content is not accessible to search engine spiders and fail to crawl content, in fact the content does not appear in the source code of the browser. Other critical issues are related to schema.org, for example the property sameAs have the URL to twitter.com. We have a technical document with the list of critical issues, if you want we can share it with the programmers and align it to make the theme completely SEO Friendly. Best Regards, Roberto

Currently, we’re working on Jupiter X SEO for next version. But at the moment the Jupiter X is SEO friendly, however we’ll add more feature to it.
I would like to use Jupiter theme on my already live site with many posts. But I need to first test it and set everything so If I activate license for Jupiter theme on my test site will I be able to deactivate it and use on my original site?

a) If you are using the default header:
1. Please go to the WordPress left dashboard menu, go to Appearance > Customize.
2. From the Customizer left dashboard, go to the Header menu.
3. In the Styles tab you could edit your header
b) If you selected a custom header, you could edit your header from
WordPress dashboard menu > Elementor > My Templates and edit your custom header and after editing the navigation element in style tab you could edit it.

The love button used cookies and it was against GDPR rules. Also, this feature was good back in 2014-2015, but not in 2018 where every reaction happens in social media websites. We recommend using a like button capable of sharing the posts in social networks to get more interaction rather than using a love button where it only stores the data in your own database and will add no value to your blog posts.

At the moment you could add the text, email, number, Textarea, acceptance, tel and reCaptcha fields. Maybe we add more field types in the future. But in case you need to drop-dawn field, you could use Contact Form 7 plugin. It;’s fully compatible with Jupiter X.

I’ve taken over responsibility of a website that’s using Jupiter 5.0.10, the owner has updated to Wordpress 5.0.2. All of the elements that were put originally together in WPBakery have now appeared outside of the Visual Composer and are appearing in the Wordpress Gutenberg blocks instead. Will I need to rebuild this site from the ground up or is there a way to update so that the content returns to the original layout within WPBakery? I understand that support has expired but would appreciate an answer to give me an idea of how bad a situation this client’s website is now in. Thanks
I’ve disabled Gutenberg and it appears to have restored the site to it’s former glory. So now I’m looking at updating the theme… Will I be able to update the theme from Jupiter 5.0.2 to Jupiter X simply? Is this likely to be a problem or should the site retain functionality and current layout without problems? Thanks

Since the release of the latest theme update which is Jupiter X 1.0.3 & Jupiter 6.1.6, some users are unable to download the theme bundle because the local machine antivirus shows virus/trojan alert for the bundle files.

Your Claim Above Is Not True
A friend of mine has a copy of Jupiter X which he is ditching because of the same issues. We created local installation with the latest version of X installed on our local machine just to test. We created two simple pages. One without text or any elements. It only had a header and the source code of that page is about 120 lines which is normal for WordPress.
Then we activate Elementor and the only thing we added to that same page was a simple button without any hover effects or animation and the lines of code running behind the scene increased to 1600. For god sake it is only a button and your theme outputs more than 1450 lines of code for that single element.
MY QUESTION IS WHY?
And your solution is to use a cache plugin to make up for a bad coding in your theme and the way Elementor works, while you claim your theme is fast and SEO friendly.
How about be more clear and honest on ThemeForest about this, and mention all the issues that your average users miss to understand, instead of claiming your theme is a fast, SEO friendly theme?

You are somehow right. It’s a known issue and is resolved in current sprint and will be released in Jupiter X 1.0.4. Just wait for a couple of days and then check it again.
