Ok, thanks. So, to remove those arrows on side, you have to use the following custom css:
.testimonials_slider a.slider_prev, .testimonials_slider a.slider_next { display: none; }

Theme options -> CSS
You should put it into BeTheme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section. So if you put it there, please move the css we gave you onto 1st position as if you have already any custom declarations and did something wrong, any code below won’t work.

Above css is not a good solution because it would remove most of your buttons on site. The css we gave you above must work. If doesn’t then you can provide us login details privately and we will take a closer look on it.
Pre purchase question:
When will header builder be added into the theme? Is it soon? Or when will it go out of beta?

right now we are working on new Envato guidelines that have to be done first and when we finish them, we will change the status of Header Builder from beta to live. However, as far as we see, there is no more issues because since quite long time we did not get any feedback with issues.

Generally, sidebar can be forced for pages under BeTheme Options > Sidebar section and this should work. However, if you did it and it does not work, we have take a closer look on it.

Hi~I used my license on my own hosting server to finish the website, then later I’ll move the website to the client’s hosting. I found that you say first I should deregister it in my host, then register it in client’s host. My question is, when I deregister it in my host, is the complete website still here which I can duplicate it and migrate it to the new host? I’m afraid that when I deregister it, the complete website in my host is disappear, then when I have some problems in the new hosting website I have no reference.

you don’t have to worry because your website will stay exactly the same as when registered
For complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

Hi greetings. I am gonna a make design with the Betheme default theme. I have chosen logo as centred in the header. I have two issues: 1) There is a thin straigh line appears under logo in desktop and tablet version. 2) In the tablet version, the menu panel appears on the left end and clicking on it, menu items appear on right end. 2) Yes, it is possible. The Side Slide menu style appears on the same side as the layout of Header Minimal under BeTheme Options > Responsive > Header section is set.

1. Please compare the CSS we gave you above with what you pasted into CSS section. It’s wrong.
2. As you can see on the screenshot, you set menu on there right and not left side.
Regarding the tablet menu, what I would need is the menu panel and its drop drowns on the right side. If I set on left side, all will appear on left only. Appreciate a quick solution.

I have just updated betheme to the latest version, and the HTML in the Slogan text box int he action bar seems to be no longer supported. How can I get HTML working again in the slogan box?
seems to be issue in 21.0.3, reverting back to 21.0.2 brings back html functionality in the action bar.

due to new Envato & WordPress guidelines, all authors are force to make necessary changes in themes. It is not completely dependent on us but on new version of WP. Thus, we have to add functions like: esc_url(), esc_html() or esc_attr() for many items / shortcodes. That’s the reason why using HTML tags (special signs) in some custom fields is no longer allowed.

WHERE is the featured image and why did you change everything on posts? This is insane, I can’t see anything other than your presets and it doesn’t show the featured image (to add or to change), haven’t been on my client’s site for a bit but HATE the new updates – you’re forcing me to update her site on another platform that doesn’t tell ME how I have to design.
I need to add a post, with a new featured image, not hard but wow – I’m not a fan of the changes at all.

I just noticed something that is occurring and I think it has something to do with Wordpress 5 and BeTheme conflicting as I don’t recall seeing this prior to Wordpress 5.
When you use an Image Item from the muffin builder or use the shortcode [image src=”“]... and go to the frontend of the site and hover over the image (and I have hover disabled and tried it with enabled as well), it shows the image file name as the image’s meta title tag. I tried putting in a link… not using a link… using Alt Tags… not using Alt Tags… nothing fixed the situation.
ie. if the image file name is red-apple.jpg, it will show “red-apple” as if it were the image’s title meta tag when you hover over it. When you inspect the code (right click and inspect using Chrome Developer tools), it indeed has red-apple as the image meta tag.
And being that your image item in muffin builder has no place for a meta tag title, just Alt text… how do we fix that?
I’m wondering if Wordpress 5 is enforcing the use of title tags for images and your image item doesn’t account for that.. and therefore wordpress is defaulting to the file image?

Do you have a Demo of the newest version of this theme on Wordpress 5 using the image item or the image shortcode that I could take a look at or that you actually checked? I looked at all the settings and code for this theme and I’m an experienced coder and saw nothing to cause this other than it being a glitch. I’m not a big fan of giving access to my site which also gives access to the server which I rather not do. It’s a standard Wordpress setup running PHP 7 with nothing unusual on it or installed.
The same exact site with the exact same settings, plugins, content, etc. (ie. I had the older Betheme installed and just activated it) doesn’t do this on BeTheme Version 17.8.8. It only happens when I have the new version of the theme… in this case version 21.0.3. I’m running WP Version 5.0.3.
Unless you won’t send us access, we don’t know what might be the reason because we did not changed anything in this matter.
Regarding pre-built websites, any new you see on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/ uses latest version of WordPress.

Hover over the images on the Philosophy, Face, etc. sections.
We can see but this has actually nothing to with the theme. Those titles appears due to recent changes of WordPress and browsers.
Thus, if you want to remove those titles on hover, you have to use the custom css below:

Right, I mentioned why I thought it may have changed in my original post… and other than using that jQuery code… are you going to update the theme so we can use custom image meta tag titles with your Image Shortcode and Image item? The reason it’s doing that is because your Image item and image shortcode isn’t providing the title.
and… any plans on changing that… ie. making it so your Image Item and Image shortcode will allow us to put in a custom meta tag title? How it is now… with showing the file name on hover… obviously isn’t what most people would want.
This is gonna be a lot of to do to add such additional fields for each item but we will consider it of course. However, right now we are working on new Envato requirements & guidelines and we have make those updates first.

Hopefully you will fix this as I’m quite sure no one wants the image file name as the Title Meta tag… it’s not the normal or desired result… and indeed is a form of a glitch. Other than that, your theme is outstanding and I highly recommend it.

Actually, I did deactivate the cache plugin before contacting you. I discovered that the theme stopped recognizing Google fonts and rendering them correctly. I had to manually put in some code into functions.php for the specific Google font I needed (Fjalla One). Please let me know if you can fix that issue in your next update.
We are sorry to hear that but this issue has nothing to with the theme itself. In such case, we recommend do the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
Hope above steps would help you a lot.
I inserted tags like “p” and “img” inside the title of an accordion, it worked but now I updated your theme and these tags and the whole image are deleted. Please repair it. No I don’t have support anymore, I hope I don’t need to pay support if your updates break my simplest layouts!
And I can’t scroll the visual editor anymore!!!
