Hi, I would like to order product posts by date but those tagged as new, on sale or hot should be always first. I suppose I will need to extend PHP file that holds a logic for posts query order by, where do I find this file? Or is there any better way of doing this?

Hi UrbanCotton! Sincerely I don’t understand what is the problem, in WooCommerce when you use filters you are redirected to categories pages, filtered based on the parameters. Hi, Thanks for your reply. I am using the Ajax-Enabled Enhanced Layered Navigation within the shop but it does not fully work. www.urbancotton.nl/shop. I have switched theme’s and then it does work.
What is the problem? When I click one of my filter criteria (say Collectables). Nothing happens. It looks like it want to pull data from the back but nothing happens. When I switch Theme’s (say storefront) it perfectly fetches the data. Do you know why this filter is not working?
I assume a setting within Uncode overwrites the filter (widget) or it is not compatible?

Hi, what method do used to create this page? Is this the native template or you are using a Content Block?
i used the native template, and then within Uncode Theme—> Archive I selected a content block. (Since i wanted to change the look and feel of the archive shop)
OK but this plugin is not supposed to support custom module create with Visual Composer, it designed to work with the original template, you need to test with the native WC template (not using the CB method, just using Theme Options). Have you tested?
I removed the content block within Theme Options—> Archives as you suggest but then it messes up the design completely. And the Ajax-Enabled Enhanced Layered still doesnt seem to work. You can see it now: https://www.urbancotton.nl/shop
Yes when you use the CB method you have more than 100 options to customise the layout, the default WC layout has just few options instead. Let me know when we can check now we don’t see any product.
Hi, What is the best method that you can help me with this? My subscription just ended, but I can extend for some more help. Basically what I need is that the WP shop works perfectly with ajax layered navigation. If you have any tips that would help. Im a bit stuck now since WOOF (Other alternative) directs me always to the archive page but then it doesnt work with the content block as well.
In short: What is the best way to set up a shopping page with ajax layered navigation?

Hello I have a question. Well my background-image in the header with the content-block inside seems to have an opacity of “0”, that means my header has a black background, but only if I’m not logged in. When I watch the page as an admin, everything looks fine. Also my menu doesn’t show up, when I’m not logged in, because also the menu appears with an opacity of “0” and I have no redirect option activated.

I’ve recently updated my Wordpress to Wordpress 5.0.2 and noticed that the UnDsgn template doesn’t work the same way as before. My website is still working as normal, but on the backend everything is changed and the Visual Composer isn’t picking up the blocks anymore. Anyone else know how to get it to work again or if there will be any future updates?
Hi! If you’ve upgraded to WordPress 5.0 and you are apparently no longer able to use the Page Builder, please follow:
- Update to Uncode 1.9.3 (or higher), update the required plugins and make sure you have selected the Disable Gutenberg Editor option in the WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings. When updating the theme don’t forget to update Uncode Core and WPBakery Page Builder plugins as outlined in the Theme Update documentation.
- Alternatively, if you cannot update the theme, you can install the free Classic Editor plugin from the official WordPress repository and check the replace the Block Editor option.

Unfortunately we didn’t tested with plugin since it’s not so popular, I think you should have no problems since you can insert their shortcodes easily. In case you can test and we can grant for a refund if there are problem so you can test risks free.

Hi patrickloonstra! This issue is related to a Memory Limit problem, are you compliant with the Memory Limit? In case you can workaround by inserting manually the ID of the category, inserting in the Posts module shortcode the ”|tax_query:27” (in this example is 27): https://undsgn.d.pr/mttwaG
That seems to be a great workaround. I will also check the Memory Limit you mentioned and how to fix this.

Hi, in the Single Media widget I added one image in MEDIA. If I activate the Lightbox for that image, the lightbox opens the same image on click. But I want to show a different image on clicking the lightbox. Is it possible?

Hi supermex! Do you refer to the dropdown menu of WooCommerce (the native filter)? In case this is available only if you use the native module of Woo (via Theme Options) and it’s not available as part of the Posts module (in case here you can use the filter menu on top). I hope this make sense and helps!

I dont have support anymore . It can up 2 months ago. Unbelievable that the staff wont even answer a simple question for you unless you buy extensive support . This is a complete joke. Always got á little support from other themes even though support ran out.

First of all note that we are European based so you cannot expect that we reply messages 24/24 hours. Second we have kindly explained why we don’t support users that don’t have the “Purchased” badge and this is pretty logic. Moreover we don’t understand why you don’t resolve the problem with your account with Envato, you just need to request them a new password to access you old account. What was the name of this blocked account?
