Hi there. I need to change the hyperlink for the logo, want it to point to /home instead of / . What is the function for that please?

the logo always link to home page so if you don’t want it to be /home/ please set Front page under Settings > Reading section.

I need a landing page for the website titled /intro, and need the logo to point at /home, so I can’t change it from there. I just need to function of the logo to change the hyperlink. WordPress offers that option with default thenes but don’t know how with your theme. If that’s not possible then I need a different way to have the landing page (every time someone visits the website). Any recommendation on that?
WordPress itself offer 2 options related with url: WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) and both are located under Settings > General section.
For BeTheme, we use get_home_url() function for logo and if you want to replace it with custom, you have to modify includes/include-logo.php file.

Ohh, sorry for misunderstanding. However, it is not possible for the menu.
Is there a way the previous and next portfolio to be locked in one category? instead of going by date published? (the related portfolios, on the left and right of the bottom of the page, on single portfolio pages)
I am using two categories in some porfolios but i would like to limit only to one, if thats possible.

Hi, we have version 15.4 installed and we want to update it, but we don’t have purchase code, because old webmaster has bought the theme with his own account, so we don’t have purcase code to download updates. in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

if you use version minimum 20, you can easily update theme from BeTheme > Dashboard section. There is update button on the right just under the Be logo. Make sure you have registered license.

Hi, I’ve bought your nice theme. I would like to add a contact form inside any section using the builder, but it’s only showing “[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]”. I’ve found inside the comments that you’ve recommended to re-import demo content after installing necessary plugins, especially reset WP db. I only resetted the db befor importing demo, because I already have all plugins installed. I’m still getting this error but I don’t know how to fix it.

this message means that you did not installed Contact Form 7 plugin before the demo import. In such case, you have 3 ways to sort it out:
1) As already mentioned, reset WordPress to default and do the installation and import once again but this time make sure you have all necessary plugins installed.
2) Install Contact Form 7 plugin and create form yourself.
3) Create extra WP installation under sub-domain of main domain where license is currently installed, do the import of same demo but firstly installing all required plugins. Doing it, you will be able to get the code from specific form that you are looking for.

Thank you for your answer. I already installed Contact Form 7 for using your theme. I’ve tried to deactivate and uninstall the plugin. After I installed CF7 with help of the plugin manager from Wordpress, the contact form works now. 
I don’t know why it wasn’t working before. Maybe a fresh new installation of the plugin fixed some errors.

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
Hope these steps would help you a lot. The issues you’ve met are mainly caused by cache plugins.

I am sure that the matter is in the Betheme. Tags stopped working after updating on several sites at once. In addition to updating the theme, no changes were made.
I tried your recommendations. Disable all plugins. Nothing changed.
Please solve the problem with filtering by tags in the blog. I have been waiting for a decision for more than a day. What you suggested I did. This does not work after the betheme update.

Betheme has also been reinstalled. Filtering does not work exactly in the blog. This happened on 5 different sites after the update. 3 of them have not been changed for 3 months. It was only an update. Do not you think that you should take more seriously the problem?

We are sorry but we can not agree with you. As proof, we attach the following screenshot http://prntscr.com/malckj that clearly shows you still have cache installed. So, if you want us to take a closer look, you supposed to remove cache completely and other 3rd party plugins and send us all login details privately.
Hi, so I install the theme in localhost to see some of your pre-built websites that I like one by one and see how you guys create all your pages with muffin builder. After that I export the muffin builder templates of those pages and use/import them to create pages based my own desire. And right now my website in localhost has been ready. But because I only have one license, I’m not sure if I can move the site from localhost to hosting server. My questions:
1. Will there be problem about the license? Actually after I finished everything, I’ve been prepared by saving/downloading theme options setting, exporting muffin builder templates of all my pages just in case something happen with the license & saving them to my computer, then de-register my license in localhost and want to re-register again for my new website. Do you have suggestion?
2. Still related with above question. About the exported muffin builder templates of my website pages that I have made in localhost. If I export the templates from each page and save them to my computer, can I import the muffin builder templates to my live website to create my pages again? (so, in case there is problem moving the site from localhost to server because of the license, I wont have to make my pages from scratch again
)

for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc. However, please remember to de-register the license before moving the website and when it’s ready, register on a new location.
1) You don’t have to worry about anything. Simply de-register license from localhost, do the migration and then register on live domain again.
2) You won’t lose any pages. Please use the plugin we’ve mentioned above to migrate website and you will get everything the same as on localhost.

yes, this is standard if you consider all included plugins/media/features. The desktop version has 91/100 points what is very good result ( check the screenshot http://prntscr.com/m90zz0 ).
However, Google lower points on mobile because of all these features that looks great on desktop and are eye-catching. For those who just wants to increase points in Google PageSpeed Insight tool and do not care about the design/layout/hover features/etc, we are planing to add an option that would disable them all and leave just plain text with no extra stuff.
