If this exact requirement is not possible what does your theme do? Cryptocompare is a must as a data source
All the tickers / tables uses on our theme demo uses the CoinMarketCap API
They don’t work with cryptocompare.com

Do you guys planned to update mobile version of the ICO listing? Right now I still see it using the desktop version even when I browsing via mobile.

You can use any part of the theme separately, You don’t need to use all the pages and blocks. Simply remove the blocks you don’t want and that’s it.
You can also any other currency exchange plugin (free or premium).

I want use the wordpress script of the cryptic theme for an e-currency exchange to sell BTC/PM/other Altcoins and have it automatically convert it USD to NGN.
But I could not see the user dashboard and admin dashboard in demo to confirm if it can do what I want.

First of all this is not a script, it is a WordPress Theme. Basically everything you see on the live demo is changeable from the dashboard via the drag and drop page builder. If you have some specific questions regarding any of the blocks from the theme please let us know.

That is not the correct way to import the demo, first install the Modeltheme Framework plugin and try to check the Theme Panel > Demo Importer that will be available.

There’s something wrong with your server. I’ve tried to install the plugins that come with the package. But all I see are the following errors. Pls fix asap:
“An error occurred while installing LearnPress: Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.”

I’m working for a client who bought your theme Cryptic. I’m using the latest version of Cryptic and Wordpress.
I want to import your demo “Home Listings Filter” but it’s not working (also other demo imports are not working). I only see a spinning wheel waiting for the import and stays on 0%. We followed your instructions and imported all plugins that came with the theme.

I have to be honest. This theme is incomplete or very buggy.
1. There’s no login form or not working. 2. When users submit their ICO there’s no way for them to select the ICO Types and Categories. The moderator has to select it. 3. When the submitted ICO is approved the result is a…. blank page! 4. I’m also missing the cryptocurrency ticker at the bottom of the site.
Have you tested this theme before releasing it?

All the required plugins should be installed/activated in order for the log in form, crypto ticker, and so on to work properly.
Because the ICOs are saved as drafts in the Listings tab, is implied that the administrator have to select the category they should go into, as is his website and he knowns where they belong.

Demo content can not import usually with other themes it must solve with php.ini file max-ex-time and memory limit making higher. but i still can not import demo. when importing i get this type of console log error ” cannot read property ‘split’ of undefined” please help

Support expired and i dont see why i need to buy more support because this is a theme issue. I changed setting on header so that on scroll, the menu comes down. (not fixed) . I noticed on home page when i scroll it turns bluish and on all inner pages it maintains the color of header as before scroll. I also do not see any setting in the theme that controls that. So i think their might be some glitch?
