Hi guys! I had a webpage, now it doesn’t exist (I eliminated that domain) and I urgently need to use Avada in my new domain now. Problem is… I didn’t unregistered my copy before eliminated the old domain. What can I do? I’d appreciate your help.The second part of the problem is that I don’t remember my password for the account I bought Avada at that time and I’m unable to reset it ‘cause is created with the email from the domain I eliminated. Now I have another Envato account and bought other products… but, finally that is the whole problem. Please, guys, your help. Thanks in advance.

I’ve had to raise 3 support tickets since Thursday evening when I purchased this and haven’t received a response. The most recent is a PARSE ERROR, it’s telling me the error is in a demo document that I’m not even using and never used :/

The error is as follows:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’’[fusion_builder_container bac’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in filepath/wp-content/uploads/fusion-builder-avada-pages/charity.php on line 18

Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0

I can’t edit any pages and unsure what’s caused this as I’ve only made changes using the Avada theme options. I’ve never even imported the charity demo or any demo… So this is rather pointless error message.

However, we’ve hit a roadblock as your agent, Rodrigo, demands Wordpress login credentials and FTP access, I have granted access for four hours but due to security, we are unable to share access to the dashboard.

Note: If we cannot resolve this without putting our company’s security at risk, we will need to request a refund and find a working theme. We are no longer able to edit any pages. We can create new pages, but we can’t edit them. We can create and edit posts.

We just need to fix the issue with the Updates (can’t update plugins because they need licensing).

The issue Rodrigo fixed was a corrupt file on your server that has been rectified. In terms of bundled plugins and licensing, the following applies to every theme on Themeforest that bundles any plugin, please read:

Any plugin bundled with any theme purchased via the Themeforest marketplace does not require an additional license for the bundled plugins and they work as expected with your theme. As per our detailed help file -> https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/plugins/avada-required-and-bundled-plugins/

“Many themes sold on ThemeForest come bundled with premium plugins from CodeCanyon. A plugin offers additional functionality and features beyond a typical WordPress installation, and you do not need additional licensing in order to use the plugin with your theme. The terms and conditions for bundled plugins is set out by Envato.”

You do not add a token or any purchase code to any of the bundled plugins, you simply install them and use as desired. The ‘activate’ notice you might see on one of these plugins comes from the plugin developer. Why do they add that? In short, each plugin is sold on CodeCanyon as a stand-alone plugin and what the developers do is create add-ons and additional content etc that can be accessed if you buy a stand-alone license.

None of this affects or alters the plugins core functionality or limits it in any way

Hi,

I had a Header Background image, which I deleted. But it wont go away on other browsers. I cleared the cashed files etc but nothing it still shows. I even deleted it from the media folder.

What am i doing wrong??

Hi, I found a bug in the portfolio “Previous” & “Next” navigation. When you select the first item in a portfolio the navigation link that appears is “Previous” should be “Next”.

Also, I feel the portfolio area is in need of some UX design. Personally, I would like to see a link between the “Previous” & “Next” navigation that takes you back to the main portfolio. Perhaps an icon or image that looks like a grid. More control over how these links look also. I would also like to see the “Previous” & “Next” navigation as a short-code so I can place these links at the bottom of a single portfolio post as well. Because sometimes a single portfolio post is long and expecting the client to scroll back to the top to select “Next” seems like to much work. Just an idea.

This happens due to the same reason mentioned above. The portfolio item mentioned by you is the latest portfolio item. A pagination works from Oldest to new first. By default, the portfolio element is asked to sort content by date in descending order. You can simply edit the portfolio element and change this to an ascending order and this will show the correct portfolio item order as needed by you. Temp video here

I am hearing what you are saying. I have been using a post sorting plugin, so perhaps that has created an issue. Because my portfolio posts still don’t work like yours even after I follow what you said. I also deleted the plugin and it still doesn’t work.

How does the PWA work? I’ve downloaded the plugin, configured the settings but nothing has changed. Is a pop suppose to appear for users to save to their mobile devices?

Issue is now solved. For reference, the solution was to add a few css code in Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

Code: #toTop { right: 150px; }

Right now we don’t have design integration for the EDD but the compatibility should be fine with Avada, for now you can use custom CSS for that however we are always listening to our customers so please do send us your feature request as well. It would depend on the kind of customisation you do need. Minor cosmetic tweaks can be done via custom CSS. However functional changes would need customisation.

You will get the update alert inside your Update Core dashboard are of WordPress as far as you have registered your purchase, however yes if you download a copy of Avada from your ThemeForest account it will always be the latest version which is 5.8 right now.

“An error occurred while updating Avada: Update package not available.” If seen this EVERY time when I tried to upgrade any version. Very annoying indeed. Did recreate the token and all the other suggestions. Had always to use the manual method – that is not state of the art – please fix this issue.

How to make changes to Avada portfolio archive?

I’m trying to make basic changes to an Avada page. This is a portfolio archive page (a grid of the portfolio posts). I’ve tried changing portfolio-archive-layout.php and tried both the child .php option and directly changing it within the parent folders (fusion-core/templates). I’m seeing many other people running into the same problem (changing portfolio-archive-layout.php does nothing) Any ideas?

Hello Theme Fusion staff, I have installed ACF Pro plugin but the Chrome console shows warning due to corrupted files such as acf-input.min.js and the plugin does not work properly. I have tried to uninstall and re-install it three times but each time this file is corrupted. Could you please doublecheck? Thanks a lot.
