Ever since I updated the theme, my website 1) has numerous images missing 2) It is impossible to update pages, only the text version of the page editor appears. So disappointed! Been Using Jupiter for years and now all my sites are ruined!
Until they fix these bugs DO NOT BUY!

Are you using Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X version? To get the editor working, you need install Classic Editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ that will disable default Gutenberg editor. As for the images, we need to check this problem. Could you please create a ticket and provide WP Dashboard credentials for investigation? Also try to regenerate thumbnails with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Is there a way to download the version that uses WP Bakery?

We decided to use Elementor in Jupiter X as it’s built based on Frontend editor UX in mind, your WordPress site speed won’t be affected by Elementor’s presence (can’t say the same for WpBakery page Builder), it does not use Shortcode API to store the content and render it, avoiding excess usage of Shortcode that causes slower sites. It has Header, Footer, single page builders, and many more unlimited functionalities.
But anyway you still can use Jupiter 6 with WPBakery Page Builder, we’ll provide updates for it too and the archive is included in the full package on ThemeForest along with the Jupiter X archive.
I’ve tried your chat, I’ve emailed for support, i searched the web for answers. There seems to be an issue with the Jupiter X parent theme. Please have someone help me, it is literally URGENT at this point.

We use w3 total cache for caching and minifying websites, but since an update the minify html options makes the section/header background images disappear.. is there a solution for this?

Try to disable W3 Total Cache plugin and use AutoOptimize plugin instead. If the issue still persists, please create a ticket to investigate the problem.

According to the error, you need increase memory_limit value on the server. Ask your hosting provider support to help you with this.

We are working on a project for a client who has a copy of Jupiter. We installed it on our local server and we updated to the latest version of the theme. After upgrade, the page options are no longer showing. Is this part of the update? What happened to the page options?

What theme are you using Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X? If it’s Jupiter X, you need install the plugin “Advanced Custom Fields Pro” to get Page Options section shown. Install it via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins.

What Setup Wizard do you mean? We have it in Jupiter X theme, but it appears only after you installed the theme. That icon was removed due to GDPR compliance. Unfortunately it can’t be activated again. If you want to use like button, you can use some 3rd-party plugin for it.

If you have problems with time loading, you can use AutoOptimize plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ or WP Rocket plugin which is compatible with Jupiter X 1.1.0 version. Also make sure your images are optimized. You can use this service for image optimization https://tinypng.com/

Actually it’s weird, as our test sites and other clients’ sites work fast with Elementor. Are you using many plugins? Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and then check the Elementor editor again.

1. How do I activate this again? 2. If third party solution must be used, which one will “remember” and fetch the previous likes? 3. How can it interfere with GDPR? No personal information is saved when liking on the website?

I’m sorry, but there is no option to activate it again. If you saw it on some Jupiter sites, perhaps the clients used some 3rd-party plugins. For example like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/likebtn-like-button/

Since you launched jupiter X, I try to import a demo and it stays stuck in “installation in progress”. I have tried several times and I have not managed to import a demo successfully.

What template did you try to install? Depending on what template you want to install, it may take more time than usually. So you can wait for 5-10 minutes to complete the installation. Also make sure your PHP version is 7.0 or 7.1 or 7.2. Disable all 3rd-party plugins and try to install again.

Since I updated to Wordpress 5 and WPBakery 5.6 your Theme (Jupiter 5) does alot of strange things… there’s a video background on every row? How can I fix that? Where can I download the last Jupiter Version bevor Jupiter X?
And why are the blog images cropt to 1:1 instead ov 2:3?

Please read this article how you can download Jupiter 6 files http://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/how-to-download-jupiter-v6-files . Also you shouldn’t use original version of WPBakery plugin as we provide Artbees Modified version of WPBakery and it’s compatible with Jupiter theme.
So you need update Jupiter to the latest version https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/#updating-theme-via-ftp and then deactivate original version of WPBakery and install Artbees Modified one via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins.

Just one more question: You changed the size of the preview image in the blog mansory grid. If I upload a 3:2 image its shows a 1:1 (1024×1024 pixel). How can I get back to the old format (1024×683)?
You’re welcome. Are you using Posts Grid element to display posts or Blog element? We don’t have Masonry style in Blog element, but if you use Posts Grid element and selected Masonry style, this is the default WPBakery element, and you should check its settings. Or did you mean Portfolio posts with Masonry style?
Yes, I use the Post Grid Element and in “Item Design” I selected “Mansory grid: Default”. But the featured image of all new Blog Posts is 1:1 and I’ld like to have the old 3:2 format.
I’m sorry, but that is default WPBakery setting, not the theme. If you have issues with images, please create a ticket so our support agent can check your site and provide some solution for you. Also share WP Dashboard credentials in the ticket.

hmm… question about custom header and logo in elementor. I have one main header template. Sometimes I need additional two looks – with transparent background and black or white elements (text, menu, icons, logo). Can I use one template and ovveride some settings for exactly page I need it, or I need to make THREE same templates for each case and override whole template in page (or post) settings? (but in this case if I need to change somth in header template, I need to change it ALL THREE templates… this is bad and lot of work)...is there option to rewrite style options (colors, backgrounds, change logo) for exactly page, but using only one header template?

It can be achieved with one template and you can edit styles with custom css code and add the code to the page you need via Page Settings in Elementor editor http://help.artbees.net/development/custom-css-js/customizing-the-elements-using-custom-css
ok, I usse plugin “Yellow Pencil” to edit elements. I changed text, menu and icon colors, and make background transparent. But how I can change logo image (I use .svg image for logo) in that case?

Hi, i just installed the jupiter x and got this fatal error Fatal error: Arrays are not allowed in class constants in /home2/xxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/jupiterx/lib/api/fonts/class.php on line 38 – this happen when I tried to activate the theme. I got php ver 7.1 and memory set to 256M. THanks
