Sorry but not all tagdiv elements are available in the Wpbakery page builder. Since we developed our own page builder, all new elements were only added to tagdiv composer. We announced that we will no longer add new elements to the wpbakery page builder. There are already quite a few new features that will not work on VC like the new flex blocks or the cloud library plugin with all of it’s functionality. Wpbakery will still be around as an alternative page builder but there will be no more new elements added to it.

You can remove the author name from the theme blocks by disabling this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/Z8IPaIrLS It will only disable the author from the theme blocks. Once you access the post, you will still be able to see the author. If you want to disable that as well,access the post settings in the theme panel .

Hey. Why page views from page and Google Analytics so diferent?

the page views are different because the views in our theme are a hit counter. Each time you visit or refresh the page it generates a view. In analytics, the view system is different and does not count each page refresh/hit

When I update the theme I still see theme version and theme database version as 9.0.1. Uploaded latest version files but still no luck.
Also when I use amp and mobile theme, I cant click menu. Menu button is just a link to siteurl.com/#

It could be a cache on your site still holding the old version. It could also affect the mobile menu as well so please disable all forms of cache on your site and from your host. Then only use wp super cache as your only caching solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ if you want to use a cdn server, please only use cloudflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Sorry but we have not tested this plugin so we cannot say for sure.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

For the moment there is an issue regarding the mobile theme and the successful save message of the tagdiv composer. the composer will save but the message will not show up. it will still show up spinning. Disabling the mobile theme will get the message showing again. We will fix this in the next thee version. You can disable the mobile theme plugin temporarily and enable it again once you are done editing with the composer.

Hi. What part of the CSS can I change to indent the photo that’s on top of the parallax photo on the second section of this page (the picture of the flower leaves)? http://tourism.animalsvoice.com/tagdiv-composer-draft/ (to the left of “Discover Our All Natural…). I imported this section directly from the Cloud Templates but can’t figure out how to keep the edge of that photo from running all the way to the left side of the browser window. Thank you.

Yes, this can be done in the tagdiv composer under the css tab of the block settings. But the issue is not the spacing of the single image. the entire block element is created based on an 1600px layout but you have a backgrounfd imaage that sets the theme in boxed mode. I am creating a website for Hindi readers and the user wants something like this – http://www.easyhindityping.com/english-to-hindi-translation
User wants an editor on the same website where they can type in English and as soon as they finish typing, it should be converted to Hindi. Once it is converted to Hindi they can copy and paste the content to the post editor and publish it.

Sorry but the big grids cannot have the meta info outside the images as standard posts do. For this purpose, you need to use a flex block, not a flex grid.

Hi,
These blocks are tagdiv composer specific elements which wpbakery will not recognize. It is the other way around with the tagdiv composer. You cannot create a page with one page builder and then edit it with another page builder. It does not work that way. You should only use 1 page builder. Choose between tagdiv composer and wpbakery and stick to it. Do not use more than 1 page builder.
