I just purchased and installed X. When I try to activate my license, it never seems to go through. I just get a grey box in the middle of that area. When I come back to that section, it looks as though I’ve never entered my registration information at all.

It is active. I’ve read and reread all the documentation and done what it says. Unless ‘active’ means something else. I hate that I have lost hours trying to even get started. Not a great first impression.

It looks to be a firewall issue with your host, but do feel free to follow up on that thread in the forum once you’ve been able to speak to them.
We see that issue from time to time and regretfully it’s not something that can be addressed on the theme’s end since the host is blocking certain resources (typically resolved by just reaching out to them).

I like the stacks of Renew but I like the Blog Title look and placement at http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/blog/. Before I buy, I looked at a friend of mine who has a size on the X theme, and do not see where I can do that. Unfortunately you can’t mix and match stacks as you can have only one active at a time. To achieve a similar look you would need to add some custom code to your template file wich would need basic coding knowledge. All the best!
Hi, we’ve setup a dev environment subdomain for our live site, to test updates, plugins and wordpress updates.
Is it possible to use X theme license key for our dev subdomain too? We first like to test new updates before doing it on live site. We’ve experienced problems with updates in the past that our site crashes after an update. Just to be sure.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I am talking about the dashboard that users of website will use, not the admin. So I guess that would be the ‘frontend’. So when people create an account on the site, they log in, and they want to create a listing or update their profile, they can make changes there. My plugin has a really boring looking dashboard. So i wanted to know if the X theme has its own dashboard template or if I could redesign my dashboard with your page builder. Thanks.

If your plugin offers shortcodes you could build a custom page and add their shortcode into the appropriate places to display content powered by that plugin. If that interface itself is entirely provided by a third party plugin it is unlikely you’d be able to redesign it using X or our page builder. It would probably be better to check with the plugin developers to get an idea of how it can be used with themes.
Hello for some reason the “bed-and-breakfast-home” slider is not importing with the demo. Do you have .zip file to import this slider into revslider?
Also does this plugin not work with Visual Composer? After importing demo content and visual composer. When I go on the backend to edit page I see one giant text block with bunch of X theme & Cornerstone short code instead of Visual Composer elements?

Your theme license code won’t validate 3rd party plugins, however this is unnecessary as we provide updates as they are made available from the developer directly to you in addition to support in our forums. More info can be found here.

Thanks for writing in. You can enable a “Fixed Top” navigation which will continue to show at the top of the screen on Desktop. It doesn’t stay “sticky” on mobile out of this box. This is possible with some custom CSS which we can help you out with in our support forums.

Hi, how can I create a custom post template that adds content within the body of the post? I can’t figure out where to put the post content. I copied the wp-single post code from my stack (integrity). When I add content before <?php x_get_view( ‘integrity’, ‘content’, get_post_format() ); ?>, it prints out at the top of the page above the featured image. When I add content below that line, it prints underneath the post div, under the tag buttons.

I would like to tell you that it is impossible to update its X theme without damaging all the design of the website… The advice of your support is to stay at an earlier version of wordpress and no longer make updates…
I don’t see how we can advise that? 
I have been using many themes from Themeforest for 10 years and fortunately I can update wordpress and the themes I buy without having to redo all the design of the website…
I am very disappointed, the word is weak! I am not offered any solution.

It is definitely possible to update from an older version without causing issues, however the version of the theme you are using (from 4 years ago) has gone through structural changes since then – namely the introduction of our page builder Cornerstone.

I have updated my theme after the wordpress 5.0.3 update, however I still can not update ‘The7 WPBakery Page Builder’ (via the7 – plugins). I have tried on Chrome and Firefox. I either get a generic error message or nothing happens at all. This is unfortunately rendering the theme useless. Please advise.

As many people I have a problem with the mobile menu which does not remain open… the mobile responsive menu does not remain open very long and whe can’t click on menu…
My customer to whom I had installed your theme uses an old version, I tried to update the theme (activate cornestone) but it raises problems:
1- The appearance of the site is completely damaged, even by importing the .JSON the site is not as before
2- The menu does not close but we can’t open it… Well, the problem is the same : no menu on mobile…
Do we have to repay the support to correct this bug ?

Thanks for reaching out. There aren’t any Membership plugins we integrate with directly or officially recommend but in our experience X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices. I would recommend finding a few plugins and comparing the specific features against your needs for the site.
Can you give more information about how to use this theme with AMP techology.

We don’t have AMP functionality natively but you can install the AMP plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/) and it will work with your mobile content. It will be styled by the plugin since we don’t add styles to AMP in the theme.
Hello! I’m adding a Blog to a site I built a while ago, and hoping you can help with a few things: 1. Can you please advise how to hide the Page Title on Posts? I’d like to remove the words “Arts News” from the Single Posts https://www.wollombi.org/arts-news-january-february-2019/ There doesn’t seem to be the Disable Page Title option like on Pages. 2. Is it possible to increase the size of the Blog Title? 3. Any way to reduce the blank space after “Next Exhibition” text? This is a very different version of WPBakery Builder than I’m used to using – there don’t seem to be the padding options.
