Hi It is possible to remove the subheader of all page except 5/6 page?
I tried to remove from the section of header & subheader but its hide even the page with the backround photo in the subheader.

Both elements (logo on the left and social icons on right) are located inside 1/2 column which on mobile are 100% width because there is not enough space on mobile devices to put them in the same line.
BTW Can you explain what do you mean by saying that creating a ticket is not easy?

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

we did never used BeTheme with plugins like WPLMS so we do not know if it would be compatible or not. But theme was tested with WP multisite and it is compatible.

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WPBakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
WPBakery plugin is for those who wants to build pages from scratch and because of unknown reasons, can not use any other builder.

I have made 3 columns in footer as www.dynoequip.com. My purpose is to show 3 items separately in desktop screen and as 3 rows in mobile screen. Because I would like to apply AMP and it looks like only one footer column can be shown. May I know how to change code to use one footer column but the effect is the same as present (3 columns for desktop, 3 rows for mobile)? Thanks a lot for your help.

Besides, I have another issue. Previously my Betheme is version 14 and I have copied all files from the Zip file to be 21.0.5. It works. However, I saw that the latest version is version 21.0.6 and I tried to update that through theme in dashboard, but it is failed. Also I cannot see the Betheme in Plug-in. So what should I do? Each time I should download the latest Betheme version and copied all files to my FTP?

what is the easiest way to update to most current betheme for my installs? wordpress php 7.2 conversion deadline is drawing near and most of my installs are betheme and need to be updated to latest version to fix conflicts with new wordpress php 7.2. can i get an article of best way to update my betheme version on my installs?

BeTheme is compatible with PHP 7.x so you do not have to worry about the update. However, we recommend to make update via FTP to make sure that previous files been removed and new files were uploaded successfully.

Hello. Just a question. I have two licenses of betheme. In one of my sites I tried to update from 20.9.7 to 21.0.6 through dashboard but i received an error. So i download the last version and upload thought ftp to my server. if i use youtube videos with advance privacy setting (youtube-no-cookie url) in the video element with lightbox with your muffin builder, it doesn’t displayed. if i use the standard url everything is fine.

Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. I am using WPML with BeTheme. For some reasons whenever I am trying to add langauge switcher to menu, it doubles. One seems to be for menus with dropdown and second says ‘the [age does not have translation’. How to remove that so I can have only one set menu switcher?

2 problems. 1) I cannot activate ANY WP Reset plug ins. I can install them, but it says “not supported” when trying to activate it. It also says “this plugin deletes data and is not supported by wordpress.com”. So when I load additional pre-built websites all the data stacks and it becomes a mess when I’m just trying to tinker around with all of them and see what works best for my site.
2) Since I couldn’t do that I tried seeing what “reset to default” does in the “Back up and Reset” section. Now my site can’t even load. Everything is 404 error. I can’t even edit it or load new templates.
