Hmm, suddenly I got this notice from Google: “Content wider than screen”. I am not sure what to do, since nothing particular changed on my website. Is there any “fix” for this? Or…where should I look for problem? Did Jupiter latest version changed something?

Hello,
is it possible to disable the checkout in the shop?
I want to only have the product grid and product pages without the prices or “add to cart” buttons.
If yes, I am very much looking forward to purchasing the theme!
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
It can be sone easily adding some code in functions.php file of the child theme. Like described here https://www.cloudways.com/blog/how-to-remove-hide-or-disable-add-to-cart-button-in-woocommerce/
Our support team will help you to achieve this. Thank you.
Hi, Just purchased Jupiter X. Going well so far.

HI, just bought you amazing theme! Had a curious question before I start working with it which I should have asked before.. In regards with the GPL license I need to use this theme on multiple domains to demonstrate to prospective customers basic features of Wordpress. I do charge them for my time for educating customers and affiliate link to Themeforest for when they are ready to purchase the theme. I won’t be re-selling the theme. Is this okay? Thanks for your time
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
If you want to install the theme on multiple domains and register it on each of them, you’ll have to buy a new license for a new domain or use one license for all of them in rotation. For this you need revoke API key, regenerate it and install for a new domain
http://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key
http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/registering-the-theme
Thanks does this apply to subdomains as well. Like Website.com/tutorial1 Website.com/Tutorial2? Thanks for the quick response just don’t want to get in trouble and overstep the license rules
If you use subdomains, you can have one API key for the subdomains and generate the key for the domain only, and register the theme for all of them which use this domain name.
I purchased Jupiter X yesterday. I just did a fresh install, as I received a blank screen when wanting to add a page via Elementor. Still nothing. Elementor 2.4.5. All plugins are installed – Siteground hosting. I have been waiting to start this demo site since yesterday, as it is urgent. First, Cert installation issues since yesterday, now, no Elementor controls. Really tough start – please assist.

Please try to disable JetElements plugin and check Elementor editor. There are some incompatibilities with Jet plugins and Elementor. We’ve contacted Jet authors so they fix it. Thank you for understanding.

Can someone tell me how to work with Elementor and Yoast? From looking online it seems it’s going to be a problem which is not good for our client.
I made a mistake upgrading to X I should have read before making the move but so far it’s been a disaster. The Jet plugins break the site, I can’t use Yoast and I am reading terrible things about SEO and elementor. Can someone help me with Yoast? Also are the claims I am reading about elementor and SEO true?
Also after migrating the client site elementor stopped working. What a mess. I’ll pay for more support.
Disaster with our first migration to Jupiter X, client is not happy and I do not blame them. I spent two weeks plus making them a useless brick.
I fixed the editor issue and put in support for the rest of the issues.

Thank you for contacting support team. They will reply you as soon as possible.
Hi, I’m using the latest Jupiter X version. I made a one-page website, however, when I click a menu item it keeps the active class (thus having the active css styling), even when I then click another menu item. I have to refresh the page to get rid of the active class. Is this a known problem with the Elementor plugin?
Nvm, I fixed the problem
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Glad to hear you managed to fix the issue. Have a nice day!
I have 12 installs for clients and I foresee a gradual letting go of WP Bakery as your team will focus more on the Elementor side of things. This is inevitable and is very disappointing. First off, I do not like Elementor. it isn’t as logical as one would like it to be. I have way more control over certain functions with WP Bakery. While I understand that the market is now saturated with folk that depend on WYSIWYG builders, there are many developers out here that enjoy the free range feel when creating a site. Elementor feels like WIX, which is terrible.
I would have invested time in a survey to better understand your customers and the needs of their clients.
So correct me if I’ wrong in assuming that at some point in the future you will discontinue the use of WP Bakery.
It reminds me of all these restaurants here in downtown LA that decide to change their menus because they want to be like everyone else and serve similar foods, they quickly go out of business. Humans are creatures of habit, and an overnight introduction of a whole set of rules is a shock to the system.
Fading out WP Bakery is a mistake.
I really hope I’m proven wrong.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
We won’t give up with WPBakery. We will keep providing updates for Jupiter 6 version where you can still use WPBakery builder. Also soon we’ll release a migration tool which helps to move WPBakery content to Jupiter X without breaking the site and you’ll be able to upgrade to Jupiter X along with the WPBakery plugin installed. Thank you for understanding.
The Jupiter Core plugin installation fails fo both the wizard and WP individual plugin installer. The message is: Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired. How to fix that?

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Unfortunately it hasn’t been released yet. It’s under the progress and will be added as soon as possible. Please take our apologies and thank you for your patience.
No problem. Thank you for your reply, great support. On another tangent, do you know which Jupiter demo was used here? I could use this as an alternative. https://mimakids.com/
Thank you, again. P

It seems like everywhere while using Jupiter X, it tells me to use elementor pro. Should I just buy Elementor Pro and replace it with any of your plugin? or just add it the site? In otherwords, my brain still things Visual Composer, I can buy it and add it but I would need to remove any VC templates on the theme…how do I do this with elementor?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You don’t need to use Elementor Pro. Jupiter X contains other powerful plugins that allow you to customize the theme. Please read more here: http://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/elementor/do-i-need-to-buy-elementor-pro
If you have VC pages, and want to move to Jupiter X with Elementor, you need re-create your pages with Elementor. Soon we’ll release a migration tool which helps to move VC content to Jupiter X. Thank you for understanding.
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expiredI wouldn’t mind simply installing manually from Plugins>Add New except the full package downloaded from Theme Forest for Jupiter X didn’t include either of those .zip files. Any help you can give would be great, thanks!

This is the first time using Jupiter X – not stable and a little buggy to me.
I’m getting Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /wp-includes/post-template.php on line 284 when using your theme . When switching to 2019 theme, the error goes away.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this to happen?

Hi my client wants to redirect to a certain page on the site after customer makes a purchase via Paypal (using WooCommerce).
At the moment it redirects to the ‘completed order’ page on client’s site. How can I change this to a page of my choice on the site? I have changed return URL on Paypal but it still goes back to the Completed Order page…
Thanks

Please try solution described in this article https://businessbloomer.com/resolved-woocommerce-redirect-custom-thank-page/
Ever since I updated the theme, my website 1) has numerous images missing 2) It is impossible to update pages, only the text version of the page editor appears. So disappointed! Been Using Jupiter for years and now all my sites are ruined!
Until they fix these bugs DO NOT BUY!
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Are you using Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X version? To get the editor working, you need install Classic Editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ that will disable default Gutenberg editor. As for the images, we need to check this problem. Could you please create a ticket and provide WP Dashboard credentials for investigation? Also try to regenerate thumbnails with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
