I bought a license in 2016. Yesterday I installed a theme on my site I wanted to activate, but I got an error “Your API key could not be verified. There is no such API key.”! I wrote a support ticket, but no one answered!

Please try to remove the current key and generate a new one. Also ask your hosting provider support if CURL and DOM extensions are installed on the server. They must be. After that try to register the theme again. Thank you.
Can you please tell me how or where I can find a copy of revolution slider. I tried redownloading the installation folder thinking it would be in there, but I cannot find a plugin folder. Can you please tell me how I can reinstall the jupiter revolution slider?
Can you please tell me how I might turn off the 40 pixel padding that is being added to every box I create within a row or section. Using the code inspector I’m seeing:

under the div class=”vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container _ height-full”
For example, I’ll create a section and add a text block. The text should be 100% of the section, but for whatever reason 40px of padding is being added to the right side of this element, throwing off the alignment.
After doing some more digging, it appears the style is coming from the vc_shortcodes-custom-css sheet. I don’t want to make any changes and break the site before confirming with you weather this is required or not. Perhaps something got broken when I upgraded to a different version.

To reinstall Revolution Slider, go to Plugins section and uninstall the plugin. Then go to Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins and install the plugin again.
As for the padding, please check row settings > Design Options and make sure there are no padding-right and padding-left values, and also check column settings.

I installed one of your demos and the theme added two new users alimozafari and alex from artbees to my install. That is not cool at all and actually sketchy. This is without my permission. Also i am unable to reset my password as well and just see this alimozafari smiling face. Not happy at all about this
using the Autonoe theme. it won’t let me reset the password. it has hard coded links in the reset link.

You shouldn’t worry about these users. When you install a template, all data are imported including the users who created those pages. They are Artbees agents who created templates and their user data were also exported along with all pages/posts for a template and that’s why you have it also imported. Thank you for understanding.
Hi, there seems to be a problem with recent updates. I have Jupiter theme since 2016. My current website is not working properly because some plugin updates keep failing : WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version), LayerSlider WP and Master Slider Pro. Each of these updates ask for a license activation, (which i do not have because it’s packaged in this Jupiter theme). Right now, I am unable to makes changes on pages because I only have access to the classic editor instead of my usual visual composer. I have Jupiter Version 6.1.1 and WordPress 5.0.3. I have now installed plugins Disable Gutenberg plugin and Classic Editor to try to fix the problem. Result in the backend: - If I create a new page, it automatically creates with the classic editor (so same problem) – How can I create a new page with WPBakery Page Builder? - In regards to pages already created, all offer “edit with Block Editor” and “edit with classic” editor and many pages but not all offer “edit with WPBakery Page Builder”

You need update Jupiter to 6.1.6 version via FTP as described here https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/#updating-theme-via-ftp . Then update the required plugins via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins and check page editor after that. Thank you.

As you use 6.1.1 version, the automatic update may not go smoothly. So you can either update the theme via FTP or via WordPress Dashboard manually https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/#updating-theme-via-wordpress-dashboard . Thank you.

How can I upload Jupiter 6.1.6, I can only upload Jupiter X from my downloads which I don’t really want to do as I know we can’t yet use WPBakery Page Builder. Thank you

Did you assign your Blog page to posts page in Settings > Reading? If so, I recommend you to leave it blank and create custom Blog page using Posts element in Elementor as described here http://help.artbees.net/customizer/creating-a-custom-blog-page . Hi I’ve installed a fresh version of JupiterX on a new VPS server but seem to run into problems with Advanced Custom Fields PRO breaking the Elementor Editor. It also says its a Required plugin. I have deactivated the plugin and website is working. Server is running latest PHP 7+

I have your theme and I’d like to buy it again for another client. The thing is that I have seen in your web that you are using Elementor more than WPBakery. Can I use both at the same time? I have seen that there’s a Blog Customizer. I guess it is with Elementor, can I use it even if I design with WPBakery? I can read many negative comments with this Jupiter X version and I’d like to know the differences between Jupiter 6 (my vesion) and the new one.

The animated box does not work in Firefox (it does not flip) and please dont tell me to contact your support because they have been very useless. they will just say it works on our end and they will close the ticket.

I checked Flip Box element on our demo in Firefox and it worked fine. Please check my screencast http://take.ms/jOxLl . If you use Jupiter X, it works there too http://take.ms/jqNdN . We need to check your site, perhaps it persists in your installation only. Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check Animated Box after that. If it doesn’t work, we need access to your dashboard and in this case you need create a ticket and provide all details. Thank you for understanding.
The edge slider works fine in FF, Opera or Chrome. In IE 11 the height of the slider shows about half of the defined height. Do you have any idea?

Thanks. The Edge Slider works fine in IE 11 as soon as we disable the WPML plugin. Have you ever heard of a relation between WPML and the appearance of the Edge Slider in IE11?
Are you using the latest versions of the theme and plugins? Also make sure you created Edge Slider posts for all languages. Switch to a language from the top admin bar and go to Edge Slider menu. There should be translated posts for other languages.

Are you using Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X version? New Jupiter X is optimized, but you should also note that 80% of good site performance is related to installing a good caching plugin, setting up a good server, using CDN, optimizing images, building not lengthly pages.
Note that scores also depend on the length of the page and number of images, and amount of html content.
We recommend to use AutoOptimize plugin or WP Rocket. They are compatible with Jupiter X and with their help you’ll get high scores. Thank you for understanding.
