From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically.
You can also import them without installing the pre-built website. Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.

Yes, you can move your license to another domain whenever you want, but please remember to deregister your purchase code first and delete all theme files on the old domain.

Hi, I experience a problem with a logo that does not exist anymore, betheme somewhere saved it and it gives an error in my SSL certificate as mixed content: Naamloos-4.svg:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
The files does not exist on any of my servers, whenever i switch theme the error is not there anymore. Please help

Sorry, but it will not be possible with the hover box item. The zoom box item would be better suited for this, it has an option to show text on hover but there is a color overlay.

What if you would add text to the secondary image in the hover box. It is not the perfect solution but it could be the one you are looking for.

For some time now I’ve used a pre-defined template of you, SEO 2. Now I’m tired of it and would like to switch to another, for example FIRM. Is there an easy way to do this or am I going to have to do it all over again?

This would be not possible. It would overwrite the pages with the same name, i.e. Home or Contact. It would also overwrite the whole theme options with new settings and images. It would also create new menu items and add them to the existing menu.
The only thing that is possible is to install Revolution Slider sliders from any pre-built website – http://prntscr.com/h85ybi
What I would do, if I were you, is to install BeTheme on a subdomain and register it with the same license key as the primary domain. Then install the desired pre-built website and use the import/export tool to get the Muffin Builder page layouts – http://prntscr.com/mi9v4l
You will also have to change some of the images and theme options.

“...the package does not contain files…” message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain which is not allowed.

We have installed BeTheme with the Bundled Premium Plugins layer Slider and Slider Revolution. Our theme licence is running till December 2019. But we can not update the LayerSilder to the following error message “Aktualisierungs-Paket nicht verfügbar.” – update package not available – How can we solve this problem if licence is still valid? To update Layer Slider, please deactivate it first and then go to BeTheme > Install Plugins and click the update link.
This is a known problem with Layer Slider; we are waiting for improvement from the author of the plugin.

Hello, using the portfolio slider the same way as on the animal shelter demo. On smartphone and tablet there is a large gap at the bottom of it until you hit an arrow, then it goes to form. any way to fix this. It does not do it on the demo so not sure what im doing wrong..Thanks

We have checked your website on mobile devices, and indeed there is an issue. You have to click the arrow, and then the slider recalculates the height. This means that there is a JS issue somewhere in the code. What I would like you to do first is to disable all of your plugins – especially the cache plugins and then clear your browser cache on mobile devices to check if this is not a plugin issue. Please also remember not to optimize (minify) the JS files. Lets us know how it went.

I cannot seem to find what is causing this issue, I turned off minify js and deactivated swift performance. Another big problem is even after clearing the cache the site takes a long time to update, i will not see an edit for hours after it has been done..and cache is being cleared.

Hi there. You mentioned 1 click theme update. Is this via standard WP Appearance theme update? And if so possible to update from pre 20.0 version?

if your current theme version is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download recent version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since then, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.
Make sure you have registered your license key after updating theme to version 20 or higher.

So, to remove hover effect from images, you have to go to BeTheme Options > Global > General > Image Frame section and change Style option to Disable hover effect.
Regarding 2nd part of your question, any text can be easily translated under BeTheme Options > Translate section.
