hiya there, i got hold of your amazing Soundrise theme through envato elements, and have managed to use it to create my mates website:
http://www.majesticonline.co.uk/all works great and i love everything you have done with this, but i have a few questions, when AJAX player is turned on, the CSS added for each individual pages using the page builder seems to go astray . . . check out the link i sent you and go from the home page to RADIO / KISS FM / KISSTORY OR LIMITLESS and you will see the page loads really wide with all text bunched up, but if you load any of them pages alone or refresh them they load correctly.
do you know what may be causing this or a way to fix as id hate to have to take out the continuous music player.

ps: cant ask on your forums as envato elements doesnt give you a pruchase code which is a real shame and floor of elements

Somethnig, probably a third part plugin, cause conflict with our ajax continuous player.
We can help to identify the conflict reason, but you have to open a support ticket to https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/ and provide a login credential.

I cant submit a ticket without purchase code, and theme was acquired from ENVATO ELEMENTS which doesnt provide a purchase code. :/ any ideas?
First disable all your third part plugins. If this fix the issue, that mean one of them causes the issue. You just have to find which one.
If the issue persists, you can go to wp-admin>soundrise>general setting And disable the ajax continuous player. If you dont want to disable this feature and you want more support from us, you will have to buy a soundrise license. No support is available with envato element.
I just tried to install this theme and it wiped my entire website. I am working with support from BlueHost to restore my old site but that is years of work gone. I have installed many themes through the years and this has never happened. Are you able to offer any insight?

The Soundrise theme installation doesnt remove your content. But the demo content importation will wipe all the old website content, but a alert window advise you first about this.

Well, that’s a problem. Most themes demos do not wipe every file on an old website! It should be clearly stated then that this theme can only be used with new websites because otherwise you will lose years worth of work and no theme is worth that.

Hi, I am interested in purchasing to use on one of my sites. Are there any future plans to make these themes Gutenberg compatible? I dislike Gutenberg as much as the next person, but want to avoid my theme breaking, since Wordpress seems pretty set on doing away with the Classic Editor.

Yeah, we make sure the theme works with future version of WP. For now, you can always install the classic editor plugin which will be supported to at least 2021.

I get the feeling that this theme is not fully compatible with Smartcrawler SEO and WPML together.
I know that Smartcrawler is not fully compatible with WPML.
The only problem I have is that Smartcrawler SEO is giving so many errors with pages and posts on SEO checkups even though I have tried to fill everything out. I think it isn’t compatible with custom fields and WPBakery together. I hope you can help me out with some tips and updates!

Hello Atilla,
We have never tested Smartcrawler SEO, so it hard for me to give you any tips. The SEO plugin we suggest to our customer is Yoast SEO.
WPML is a plugin we recommanded and it should work fine with soundrise.
Maybe Smartcrawler causes a js conflict with the “ajax continuous player”. I m just telling that because this feature is a bit capricious with third part plugins. If this option is possible for you, you can disable the “ajax continuous player” to wp-admin>soundrise>general setting.

I would really like to use this theme to sell music, soundeffects etc. via woocommerce. Is there a way to display an audio player on shop page? In the demo I don’t see any preview files on the shop page or single product page. And if you play a track, is it possible to put a add to cart button on the sticky footer player?

Hi, the WPBakery page builder it doesnt works properly on the Page section. In other sections like Playlists works fine but in the Pages section it doesn’t. Im doing anything wrong?Has anyone having the same problem?

Yes, it has an ajax player, ajax page loading and a continuous audio player.

Hi i try too install the template, but I dont see nothing … its not look like the demo version you have.
Hi, The best way to get started with our theme is to import the demo. Install the theme and its required plugins, then go to WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install and you will see there all the demos available. Choose your favorite. Then you will only have to change the images, texts and color by your own assets.
Take note that when you import the demo, this completely swipe your actual content by the demo’s one but it’s often the best way to get started with your new design. We have setup a complete documentation guide on How to install a demo here: https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12229

Hi! I downloaded the theme from Envato elements and love it. Only thing is I cannot find anywhere to change the navigation links from artist to something else in previous / next. I am a DJ using the theme for myself and instead of previous / next artist in the Ess. Grid, I want to be Previous Event or just previous. Can you please help me. Thanks.

Do I need to use another third party plugin besides Woocommerce to sell MP3 downloads of my music with this theme? On the demo when I go to “Shop Online” the AJAX music player doesn’t follow, is that normal? Thanks.

I want to purchase this theme but I have a question, I see that on the Artist page you can have 2 different music players, the one on top y the second one on the album tracklist. How do you manage the songs of each player?

Hi there, Sorry for the late reply. The player at the top of the artist page calls a playlist of your choice. The player in the album tracks are player of any playlist you’d like. So basically, you setup everything in the playlist post type, then choose which playlist you want to play in the top player of the artist page, and which playlist you want to have as your album track list.
