in this case have you chnage something with the blockquote shortcode, in on off the demos are used a graphic (/images/blockquote.png), in your newer theme version it looks like yo use font awesome. i want to use the ” as deco element but if i use the blockquote element it doesn’t shown anymore.

What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

all included menu styles you can find under BeTheme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section. There is many styles available already but any other can be achieved with custom css or files customisation only.

thanks for your response. In firefox the sound is ok, in Safari e Chrome, the sound can’t be heard.
Ok, so you mean the sound in Chrome/Safari. However, this has nothing to with the theme/slider plugin itself. This is because you can not autoplay videos with sounds now on Chrome/Safari browsers. Pl., one question more. in description, is this theme coming with Muffin Builder in side but not WPbakery ? Thank you !
Theme comes with Muffin Builder (this is how all pre-built websites were made) and WPBakery plugin as well.
However, please notice that pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

BeTheme is a huge collection of pre-built layouts that could be easily uploaded onto your site. However, if you ask for a ready solution/service for booking visits, we do not have such feature included into theme itself. But, you can find the plugin that would fit to your needs and use it with the theme of course

hi, maybe i found a bug.
if you use under global settings > logo > wrap h1 tag on homepage, the logo on the homepgae/startpage have a few higher position as on all other pages. if you set this css code
Top_bar #logo img {
vertical-align: middle; max-height: 100%; }
to
vertical-align: top;
the logo fits same on all pages. i doen’t test is on every browser, but maybe you can reproduce it.

this is not a bug. We have options responsible for logo alignment, etc under BeTheme Options > Global > Logo section.

ah, okay.
the standard setting (in my case) was middle and with this setting the logo was (with as h1 for homepage) a bit (2px) deeper on all other pages, than on the startpage. so i ask for it

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.
Please also notice that Layer Slider have to be deactivated/disabled before the update.

how to change the text color in a specific icon box

If you want to change text color in just one specific icon box you can to it in 2 ways:
1. You can add Custom Class in item options (i.e., my-icon-box) and then add styles for that class in Theme Options > Custom CSS field
2. The second way is to wrap text in a span tag with inline style.
