the WPBakery plugin version that is bundled into theme is 5.6 and not 5.5 version. Version 5.7 was released 2 days ago and we will update it as soon as we finish necessary tests.

Hello. I have updated the theme. What should I do to update WpBakery? It is not possible to update it normally. What is the correct procedure? If I go to the Plugin section of the theme settings, it does not give me any updates. currently my version is 5.5.5. You said that: “could be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section”, but no updates are showing here. Thank you so much
The version of WPBakery bundled with the theme is 5.7 and just like you mentioned, it could be updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section. Next to the WPBakery Page Builder under that section, you should have information about installed version. Please also make sure, your license key is registered.

I will be building website on my staging domain for eg: abc.testweb.com. and I will be deploying this website on www.xyz.com. How the licensing work in my scenario? Do i need to buy 2 licences? you don’t have to buy 2 licenses of course. Just one is fine. When you finish building on staging site, just de-register license and register it on target domain.

We have updated the theme (21.0.7) and are running php 7.2 and wordpress 5.0.3. Please advise.

Hi, I’m having a problem. I just moved a site using WP Duplicator. I used Duplicator to move the Database and then added all the files by ftp. Now the page is working fine, until I want to use Muffin Builder on existing posts and pages. I can’t click on anything, it just froze. I already tried using the old mfn CB migrate Plugin but that didn’t change anything.
Could it be that it’s a licensing-related safety thing? The theme is technically still running on the old server and I will delete it soon.
Nevermind. It was just the fault of a plugin. AND I found the actual support forum. Yay!

thx for the fast answer, maybe an option for a further update because via theme settings you can add (for example) social icons to the side slide navigation, too.
if you have only 5 pages (without submenus) in this navigation element, there is enough space for add something like adress or phone nummers fpr “qucik contact”

Which Plugin or which way do you recommend to backup a website that uses your theme and transfer it to another domain? If I do that in the manual way then it breaks completely.
Hi,
for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc. However, please remember to de-register the license before moving the website and when it’s ready, register on a new location.
Regarding backups, those should be always done on server side by your admin as this is the safest way to restore if something bad would happen.

I would like to know how to set the archive page title?
For instance, we are using Modern Calender plugin and the default Events list is an archive page. I can see that there is no Archive page title detection mechanism inside the theme_functions nor the header.php. We would like to add the support so that the Subheader can display properly as well as the breadcrumb links. eg. Events Home > Events
FYI, I have already updated to the latest version 21.0.7. I have tried on the University template for feature evaluation.

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build.
