hi there, it appears not all portfolio items are appearing in my porto portfolio section on a page. I have linked all with a comma separating each portfolio item. Some show, others don’t. I’m sure this is an easy fix

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading and set the ”Blog pages show at most” and “Syndication feeds show the most recent: as 99 and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find this issue anymore otherwise we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 01/11/2016. The Size Guide Tabel comes from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and you can see in the screenshot clearly that Block is being used to create that tab so go to Blocks find the particular Block: https://prnt.sc/iog8kv and just edit and change as per your requirement and as you said that you want to disable/remove the Size guide tab from Single Product Page so just remove the Block Slug name from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hello, my mobile menu does not close, after a menu item was selected. It’s an onpage page …. how can I fix it?

Yes, It is always Open on Mobile you have to close it by tapping on any section on the Mobile screen except the menu, and this is because the One Page Demo menu works on the section IDs so it does not refresh the page it just takes you to the particular section on the same page right, and the menu close when the page will refresh and in that case the page is not refreshing so that is why it is no closing by itself. Hope this is all clear now.

If you want to change it, You have to customize the theme.js file find in wp-content/themes/porto/js/theme.js file. It is the customization, you can ask your developer to do it for you. As you know the support policy that we only give our dedicated support for the theme related issues not the customization services.

You can change the color for Pop Up Menu Item from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Main Menu as per your requirements but it will only works with Narrow Menu type not with Wide Menu Type, If you want to change the color in Wide Menu Type then you have to use the Custom CSS for that and then paste that Custom CSS into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, It will work for you.

Your latest theme update doesn’t have the “content_types” folder in the inc folder. This removed all the options to add blocks to certain areas of a website. Also seems to have removed the number of columns you can choose for products and sub-categories on the edit categories pages.

We have tested the latest Theme and do not finds an issue, I think you have any issue on your site, whether your site database is not updated properly or the Theme is crashed on your site while updating/uploading or may be you do not updated the Theme required/recommended plugins or the WP, or it may be the third party plugin confliction on your site.

OR we have also removed and included many of the features in the Theme, you can check the change log of the Theme here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399#item-description__change_logs

So please debug your site again with all the possible solutions given above or try/test the Theme on any other fresh new WP, I am sure you will not find an issue.

Will the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin update with an upcoming Porto theme update? I’m not able to update it because the plugin came with the theme.

The latest version of the plugin was released a couple of days ago and our development team is working on the new Theme update and with which the development team will also test the latest plugin with the Theme and if they will find any incompatibility they will fix it with the new Theme update. So you will find the new plugin update with the Theme update, until that please be patience.

That particular Demo of the Slider is not the Theme Demo Slider but it is from the default Slider Revolution Library and in order to use the default Library of the Slider revolution, you have to separately purchase the Slider Revolution License, Further more you can ask from Slider Revolution Support.
