So, I took down my whole temporary link, so the registered theme license number shouldn’t work anymore, I’m trying to put my license code into the next site I’m trying to build and it’s telling me to take the files out of a URL that doesn’t exist anymore. Can you help please?

The latest theme update seems to have broken then WooCommerce Sidebar – theres a reference to changes to the sidebar in your theme update log but it seems you may have not factored in the WooCommerce sidebar..

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

Thanks for the details. However, we do not have an option to put text between the logo and menu icon using default menu options. If you want to build more advanced header layouts, we recommend to use Header Builder instead.
i am prety aware of the header builder my question is can i make the menu to be as mobile icon using the menu builder or do i have to customize this theme header with code ?
At this moment it is not possible to make mobile icon menu for desktop versions but we got it in plans of course.

Hi, i tried to Update the Betheme from Version 21.0.5 to 21.0.8. But when i click to Update the Theme the following Error Message shows up:
An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.
Is this a Problem with the Update Package 21.0.8? Or is there a Problem with my Wordpress?

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.
Notice! Please do not forget to attach your license key in the message.

The top is okay as you can see i just enter in the seetings that they need to move up 20px; but how for the margin between the pictures?

You design such amazing themes and they appear so beautiful on desktop PCs. But don’t like the way it is displayed on the mobile devices, the background images usually gets cut or the important part of the image is hidden… Please fix this as I had to change the theme due to my client’s complaint.
This is for most of the themes with full screen background images.

Yes, you can activate license on any web and delate but only if site doesn’t longer exist. According to terms, one license can be used for one site/domain only.
So, if site still exists and is live, you can not de-register license from that site.

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. It seems the Parallax theme is loading incorrectly on the latest WP install. Sizes for fonts are about 30px too small across the board when comparing to the Parallax demo page. Any ideas?
