Have just updated this theme to the latest version (5.8.2) and our Avada sliders with self hosted videos have stopped working. These are on at least 4 of our main pages including the hero image on our home page. Can’t contact support as we are out of our support period. Would have thought this would have been tested thoroughly before release. We just have a spinning wheel so it doesn’t even replace it with the static image that we have set for mobile devices!!
Having just checked, it is the same for all Avada sliders whether they are video or still images, which means our entire site is not now working correctly!!!!
They have just started working again on their own after some 7 minutes or so of spinning wheels. We test the site after every update and this is the first time we have experienced this sort of thing happening.

How to do content boxes in same height? When I create 3 boxes everything looks good, but when 4, then 4, last box is up for 20px, How to do in same line?
If i choose 2 boxes, then in first line is 2 (in same line), but below 2 boxes not good. Last up.

I purchased your theme in 2014. It was a time when I started using Wordpress. But in that time I didn’t use your theme, because of some reasons.
Today I have to create a new page, and you improved your Theme and usability. So now I would like to give it a new try.
But I can’t install your Plugins and Demo content. I have to register myself and register my purchase code to get a token. So I did register me at ThemeFusion, and I also registered my Purchase code from 2014. When I want to create my token, then it comes to an error.
Invalid token, the server responded with code 403.(Date: Thu, 21 Feb 2019 11:11:25 GMT | CF-RAY: 4ac8c5a78beabf2a-FRA)
I’ve installed the theme on my personal computer. At localhost, because I want to try first. Make my set-up and if everything is fine, then I want to install it on my Webserver.
Now I have two questions.
Why I get an error to get the token? If I’m happy with everything at localhost and I want to install and export my Set-Up to my webspace, do I need a new Token? and also a new Purchase code?

I believe you mean you get that error while you are registering the token and not when creating it, please make sure that you are giving all the right permissions when creating a token as mentioned here => https://bit.ly/2E3taZ2
Regarding your second query, If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi, The problem is that the account was created by person who no longer works in our company. All I have is the Invoice for purchase, where I have an order number that might be the purchase code. But I can’t register this code, as in the download field there is no option to see the code as it is shown in step 3. So what I should do?

In terms of access to the support account and also to perform the theme update, you will need to get in touch with the person to request that they give you the access credentials for the support account and also access to the Themeforest account originally used to purchase the theme so that you can update the theme and generate a token key as explained here -> https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/how-to-register-your-purchase/ If you cannot get in touch with the person that originally purchased the license so that you can get access to their Themeforest account to generate a token key, your alternative is to purchase your own theme license to get access to updates, tokens and theme support -> https://themeforest.net/item/avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme/283

Actually you answer didn’t help me much. We have running company page, for which this theme was bought. I have invoice confirming the purchase of the theme. I understand that I need to buy theme update or buy new theme, but for doing this I need to know, what is better for me? Will the the theme be compatible with updated wordpress version and WPML plugin. Or it is too much risk and better to buy new theme and start over again?

If you have the theme in your Downloads section, you do not need to buy it again and updating the theme is free, for life. So yes, please do update and follow the detailed update instructions to ensure the process is seamless

I would request you to please perform some basic diagnostics
1) Can I please request you to disable all third party plugins except Fusion builder and Fusion core and check if the issue still persists
2) Please disable any child theme and switch to the parent theme to check if the issue is resolved
3) Ensure that you have no system values showing in red. You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > System status. Please do ask your host to adjust any values that you see in red
4) I would request you to please clear the cache from Theme options, by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS and JS and click on “Reset fusion caches”, Screenshot here. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window
5) Finally, please do ensure that you have all theme and bundled plugins updated to the latest version

Hi! I updated the theme to the latest version but the WordPress dashboard is very slow right now. Do you have any idea how that’s possible and if there is a solution for it? At ‘pages’ it takes a very long time before all elements are loaded.
I turned off my computer but that’s not the problem.
I see there is a new theme option ‘performance’. Should I turn something on or off here?

We have only made the performance overall better in our new release of Avada that is 5.8.1 and it shouldn’t be causing your dashboard or site to go slow at all, however it is not possible to provide you with the exact reason or solution for this issue before we take a look at your site. hi, can i create an index landing page with no menu. it would have an image with hotspots that determine the type of visitor and then clicking on a hotspot would navigate the user into a customized subset of the website with its custom menus etc i.e. not all pages visible, depending on visitor type? ty.

You can definitely create a landing page in Avada with no menu using our Blank Page template, an example of it can be seen here => https://bit.ly/2TXM5LF so what you can do is put the login element there instead on blank page template and put a redirect URL into the login element, for the visibility of pages this works as default WP User roles, so you will need to use some advanced membership plugin to control that.

Hello there. I just installed your theme and cannot add any pages. When I deactivate Fusion Builder, I’m able to use a default WP editor, otherwise when FB is active nothing works – FB doesn’t work & default WP editor doesn’t work too. Screen goes completely blank. Some advice needed please.
Update: think I’ve found a problem – turned off Jetpack by Wordpress and FB started to work properly. Thx
actually it doesn’t work again, so it’s not another plugin’s fault it seems.

Fusion Builder should work out of the box and there should be no need for you to disable it in order to use the default editor, we have put a button to interchange between each of them right on the page/post editor.
