Hello, recently I received a Huge review and rich snippet penalty. Issues all of a sudden started popping about 10days ago (14th of this month), the manual penalty was applied about 3days ago, there is already a huge loss in traffic. The website has been running for more than a year so I guess this was caused by some kind of update. My website has quite a lot of products with user reviews, with a simple 5-star scale. Others are just regular posts.
There has appeared ~4000 errors of “Rating value is out of range”. And a few hundred in “Either “ratingCount” or “reviewCount” should be specified”; “Couldn’t determine the rating scale”; “Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified”.
And there is also thousands of issues valid with a warning. “Missing field “brand”” “Missing field “sku”” “Missing field “priceValidUntil”” “Missing field “url”” “Missing field “description”” “Missing product ID” “Missing field “aggregateRating”” “Missing field “review”” And a few hundred in “Missing field “gtin8, gtin12, gtin13, gtin14, mpn, isbn”” “Missing field “offers”” “Either “url” or “contentUrl” should be specified”
What could be the causes of these errors and how to solve them as quick as possible. The penalty can be removed I’ve contacted Google in my country, but these problems must be resolved.

The website is: https://tenpigiau.lt/ I’m not sure what could have caused this problem. I’ve only found some information that these problems might have appeared because Google started tracking these things and take then into a count. And now they are important part of SEO.

I am wondering if you are aware that many of the templates for WooCommerce you are using are very outdated? It is now appearing to cause me problems as users can’t create new posts, etc… any plans to update them or am I on my own here?
Templates in our theme are always fresh and actual for latest woocommerce

Hi, I no longer have the option to choose custom post layout from the sidebar for each individual post. I can still choose the post layout in the global theme settings but I can’t do it for each individual post. How can I fix this?

Hi, I deactivated plugins as you suggested and found out that the problem is the “Classic Editor” plugin. The problem is, after the recent WP update I could no longer use the shortcuts so I had to activate the “Classic Editor” plugin. But at the same time, when the “Classic Editor” plugin is activated, it is causing issues with the post custom post layout. Will you release any update that fixes the shortcuts with the new version of WP?
By shortcuts, I mean the WPS shortcode generator, I can’t see it in the new WP editor

I an using the ReHub theme and I like it so far. I was using WP Bakery to edit the Home page but for some reason today when I edit I am not able to scroll down the window to add more elements. The scroll bar is not there on the right. It is showing me the top part of page. Featured list, Deal Coupon List and just Title but there is more elements after that.

all buttons in theme have class re_track_btn if you have javascript code, you can attach it to this class to track buttons. We use this in google analytics and it works

your questions are not about theme. it’s more depending on your server, cache system, hosting, etc. However, our theme is good optimized, we don’t use any frameworks, all systems are modular and each module is loading only if it’s used on page. Also, you can disable many blocks in theme option – global enable/disable
