Google expects us to serve a different amount/type of content for mobile users. instead in our live demo, we are serving the same content which has tones images and videos. The images are not optimized for mobile screen, so the low score has nothing to do with the quality of the theme but the page we are serving for mobile users.
We have achieved these numbers with a $40 Digital ocean server (we have over 1m pageviews per month) + Wp Rocket plugin. Nothing extra ordinary.

Looks like there are some bugs in allthe font selectors. Maybe a problem with ”,” or ”;”. The first few font names are shown like this:

Hi, I’ve been using Jupiter and really liked it, so I just bought another license and downloaded Jupiter X for another project. This has been an extremely frustrating process so far… First off, Elementer is not intuitive and is so much harder to figure out where everything is and edit anything. I really tried to like it, but it sucks. Second, we lost the “Theme Options” where we could change a Accent color of the theme that really sped everything up, it seems like now we have to edit every single element just to change the color scheme of a template?? I’d rather start from scratch. So I decided to start over and use Jupiter 6 instead (which I liked). Now I get an error 500 when trying to load a template. I search for help on this error and it links to another page which doesn’t have the answer, which then links to a page to submit a ticket. When you click to submit a ticket anywhere on your website right now it gets a 500 error. So basically there’s no answer and no way to get support for it. I’m using WAMP to build the site locally first if that helps. Please help! Thanks.
Correction on my last post – your site gets a 404 error when trying to submit a ticket, not 500 error.

Ok for this I know. But the problem is WP pagebuilder dont work anymore on WP 5.x …. :-/

Just found some mistakes: When Im trying to activate JupiterX Core plugin it makes this error: “Unable to connect to the filesystem. Please confirm your credentials.” When Im trying to see Templates or Icons in Jupiter 6 it says “something went wrong” and unabled to upload nothing. also this “something went wrong” error when Im trying to activate woocommerce and contact form 7 plugins

How can I translate product category page title configured on theme options?

Are you using multilingual site or only one language? If it’s one language, you can translate it directly in Theme Options > Shop > General > Product category page title. If it’s a multilingual site, you should disable “Unify Theme Options” in Settings > General (if you enabled it) and select the language from the admin top bar and translate the title in Theme Options. Then select another language and do the same.
EVERYONE take note: If you use any of the prebuilt themes for Jupiter X, some of and maybe all of them are not supported. Apparently they were all built with previous versions and can’t be used to their fullest features. Very disappointed as I use Jupiter A LOT. Jupiter team: You all really need to go to your site and notate which themes are fully compatible with Jupiter X. This presents big issues when we have clients pick a theme only to find out some of the elements are not compatible with X.

If you checked this page https://jupiter.artbees.net/jupiter-theme-templates/ , it shows templates for Jupiter v6. So if you’re looking for JupiterX templates, you need check this page https://jupiterx.artbees.team/templates/ and all elements are compatible with JupiterX and Elementor.
Gotcha. Didn’t know this but I think most people don’t know this seeing that many of us started with the older versions so we go to the main site page which is https://themes.artbees.net/pages/. It would be helpful if on the original site, you would have a visible link on https://themes.artbees.net/pages/ that takes us to the X themes as well. It currently just says “jupiter” so the assumption is that it’s version wide. There should be a Jupiter X category where those are displayed. I just think it’s not in all the locations it should be in.
When you check “Live Preview” button on ThemeForest https://take.ms/HljYq , it redirects to JupiterX demo where you can find its templates. Jupiter 6 and JupiterX are different versions, that’s why different demos are used. Thank you.
can I install Jupiter X in two developer domains to test and show to clients and then only activate in the final domain the client choose?

If you need to activate it on other domain after that, you can revoke API key https://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key and generate a new one for a new domain, then register the theme https://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/registering-the-theme
How do i change the colour of the Responsive Menu burger icon? I cant seem to find the settings for it. My icon is showing black on a black/dark menu BG

Are you using Jupiter v6? If so, to change burger menu color, go to Theme Options > Header > Header Burger Icon Color and edit the color value.
We use the old jupiter theme. When will you update the visual composer to version 5.7. There is a bug for the shop manager in the excisting version.

The WPBakery plugin will be updated along with a new theme version. For now there is no exact release date as some tasks are still in progress. For now you need use WPBakery 5.5.5 version with Jupiter 6.1.6 version. Thank you.

Hello. To fix white screen, try to disable JetTricks plugin and check the editor again. Also make sure your memory_limit value on the server is not lower than 256M.
WP Memory Limit: 256 MB is— i deactivate the plugin no changes
