Hi! Our suggestion is always to contact the host for this, based on the server you need to modify the Max Vars with different methods. Hi good day. I have contacted bluehost already and we addressed the required max_input_vars but unfortunately the theme still detects an error. Hi icecreamcreatives! That’s weird, we are using a native PHP function to get the max_input_vars conf value, so this is not a theme issue (it is a PHP issue if any). http://php.net/manual/en/function.ini-get.php
Anyway if your host reports you are fine my suggestion is to not worry but performs regular backup. The Max Vars are responsible for the saving of Theme Options, the worst can happen is that you lost them if the Max Vars collapse. A quick method is to have in a tab the Options Utils opened or save these texts, basically these are the simple backup of the Theme Options, so if you have a problem you just need to paste here again to fix: https://undsgn.d.pr/YfWg7n

Hi, since the last update, the register theme button isn’t working. After re-entering my Envato Purchase Code I had to manually remove disabled=”disabled” from the button in inspect element to register the theme.

Hi! Thnx for the quick reply. This was in Google Chrome, I just tested in Safari and it did work there. I do have another issue which might be related or a clue.. The ajax add to cart on the front-end is not working but instead it reloads the page with ‘add to cart notification’ on top.

Hi uncode – When I set Adaptive Images to “on”, I get much better load time etc. but all of the images are very blurry – on fullscreen sliders it decides to use 516w?? I have tried to load the images async – but that did nothing.
I then tried to turn it of and use wp_get_attachment_image_srcset or wp_calculate_image_srcset to get adaptive images, but it looks like you have hooked in on it, and it always returns bool(false)
Am i missing some settings? The adaptive images just doesn’t work for me, it just constantly shows a blurry image when the layout wants large images.
is it possible to only use adaptive images on post lists?

This doesn’t really look good and what’s worse, sometimes the mobile view even gets stuck and I have to reload the page. Sometimes even 2 times until I get the full width view as it is supposed to be. This might be irritating and even frustrating for some users. Is there a fix?

When I open a new blog post (in a new tab or same tab) and the page loads, for a half or full second the view/width of the site changes to mobile width. Then, after the page is fully loaded, the view changes again to full desktop width. The problem about this is that sometimes the mobile width is even stuck and you have to reload the page to get the full width. See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/ZRrR7Wc
Anybody else has the same problem? I don’t remember since when I have it but I know for sure that it was not like that when I purchased the theme/in an earlier version.
Hi! I didn’t say that I don’t see your video, just was not able to see the URL (from mobile), now that I’m from desktop I can see. No unfortunately other users not reported the same and a long list of Beta Tasters checked used this version in preview for about a month… this is why I asked to deactivate ALL extra plugins but I still see all of them. Can you test please?
I deactivated almost every single plugin and the problem still remains As I am running an online shop live, I’m not able to deactivate plugins like WooCommerce, PayPal etc. As I mentioned before, I didn’t have this at the very first time I bought the plugin, otherwise I probably wouldn’t purchase it. I will keep trying…

Thanks for the screencast. I couldn’t notice this in your demo. Also, it seems only to be on Google Chrome (which unfortunately many people use). Any idea if that could be something else than plugins (Javascripts, Google Ads etc.)? On the home page I don’t have this issue.

OK guys, I got it. I turned off all my GoogleAds scripts and then everything was fine. So the GoogleAds script was the problem. 
Unfortunately, I can’t use them anymore but it’s better than having this bug. Apologies for making trouble here, but maybe this will be helpful for other users, too.

I’ve noticed that it happens only when I use banners (not text ads, which are still in my footer). I used a content block where I put the GoogleAds code. Maybe the error was because of the asynchronous load or just because Google’s script is buggy. Anyway, if somebody has a solution, I would be happy about a comment. Until then, I will run my site without that. Thanks

Ok, I found a problem… WP Fastest Cache >> Cache System >> this must be disabled.. before uncode 2.0 it worked.

I try other sites, it will temporarily freeze, but the browser eventually works after a few seconds. My site does not contain a video and it is still freezing.

From where you are trying to update the plugins? Are in Uncode > Plugins? In case please send us a screenshot.
Yes, I tried to update as usual through Uncode > Install Plugins area because I got a notifications that there are new updates for them together with the latest release of the theme.
The odd part is that you are even not able to update WPBakery that is inserted in the theme, are you able to update WPBakery if you try only this?
No; actually I have the 4.5.0 version installed, I cannot go up to 4.5.1 (I get the error mentioned above)

No I think you refer to WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) CLIPBOARD not WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) as you report, there is a big difference. Ok do this, try to deregister your theme, register again and then update the plugins.

i’ve updated WP to 5.1, updated uncode as well as visual composer/WPBakery but i can’t “save changes” anymore. the “close” button of any VC editing window works and so do all buttons within, yet the “save changes” button is not doing anything. It would be great if you had a solution. Thanks!

Hello Undsgn i spotted a fail on your Theme. When using a custom content block of more than 4 elements (using 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 for example) its impossible to set a horizontal alignment. Its always settled in vertical alignment which is not cool.

I just used “Verdana” with text-decoration “bold” and it displayed nothing. I tested it also with one word and the one word will not be displayed. So I´m going to use Arial Black and all is good

Sorry but it’s not possible to debug just in words, in case send the link to your page. The only thing I can think is that you don’t see this if you have a bold font as base font.
