Can’t help but wonder if this is a scam. You can’t write any reviews. Support can’t be received as you need to login, but it does not recognize your purchase AND will not allow registration.

Their default theme does not scale correctly using WPBakery for Mobile. There is no obvious solution. While editing is not part of the support, you would think they would at least have this part right by default.

Hi, I would like to display portfolio-categories and custom taxonomies on posts/projects meta fields.

I tried by adding ‘portdolio-categories’ and ‘taxonomies’ to $blog_config meta elements and meta defaults in theme-functions.php but it did not worked..

Can’t seem to install this into a fresh Wordpress setup. Keeps on coming up with Plugin installation failed.

I have tried the full .zip and also just the Kleo.zip file. Results are always the same.

Have also followed the video tutorial that was provided.

Any ideas?

Have issues with related, upselling images in woocommerce being blury now. I used a plubin to regenerate the media files and now I’m getting blurred images. Did’,t have this issue prior to generating them. Also the image editor, it now recommends to do this in the custom editor on frontside. But there are only so many option so for adjusting images in Woocoommerce.

I noticed that comments on activity pages disappear after refreshing the page.

Then the comments stand alone as updates themselves.

But if I comment from the admin , the admin dashboard, it stays and does not disappear after refreshing.

I’ve tried all I could to solve this, checked all possible settings, deactivated most plugins to see if it’s a conflict, nothing is working.

I really need help, as it’s not convenient for my users.

Hi The home page is breaking and is blank after the header when the Featured image is not high resolution (example 480 X 360) for a new post. It has worked fine in the past with these images.

I have the Kleo My Account, with sub links on the main navigation menu all the way on the right. When viewing the live notifications and messages they appear to the right and get cut off. How do I make it so it’s visible?
