Please make sure that you have updated the Theme properly and also updated the Theme required/recommended plugins as well, and also deactivate your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache. I am sure you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve it for you but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 29/11/2018. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Yes, Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive and select/set the page layout as without sidebar and save changes it will solve your issue, otherwise you can remove all the widgets from Shop/Category sidebar from Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Category Sidebar as per your requirements.

You have to change the color of the page Title using Custom CSS and the Custom CSS that you are using is correct, Please use the above CSS and change the color as per your requirements.

Hello.. Any plans to make it possible to change item quantity in cart page by ajax so user do not need to scroll down and click the Update cart button?

Actually had a few customers complaining about not finding how to change item quantity in cart page.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Is there a way to remove the gap between the top adds block where it says free shipping etc and the main content of the page?

Ok if you have a look now – there is the 2px border on the bottom of the menu, I would like the white space between that blue line and the main page to be taken out.

I like the mobile menu of the demo site. The difference is that the Demo site shows the menu right away. I have tested your site and the Demo Shop 8 as well and both of the sites Menu’s are working same on mobile version please see this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I333DV6.png
and you can change the Mobile Menu Style from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Mobile Panel as per your requirements.

You can only change the Text of the Add to Cart button as per your requirements but not the functionality, for changing the functionality you have to Customize the plugin and Theme core files.

You can simply hide the Add to Cart Button from your site by turning ON the Catalog Mode in the Theme Options, and if you want to set another button at the place of Add to Cart button with a different functionality, then you have to Customize the Theme Core files and for that you have to contact our Customization team at nicework125@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

Hello, after updating to the latest version, menus work only in “narrow” setting and not “wide”. I use “wide” to display image on menu categories. Is there something i can to make it work again? thank you

When you press the menu button on a mobile screen, menu bar and the top navigation appears. You must press the Menu button to view the menu in detail. Sorry to say that but you are using DreamThemes Theme on your old site and Porto WordPress Theme on your new site and both have different functionalities and Options, so this is not possible using Porto Theme Options, you have to use any third party plugin for it or you have to Customize the Theme Core files as per your requirements, If you want our paid Customization services, you can contact our Customization team at nicework125@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

Pre-sales question: Porto themes look exactly what I want. I’m not a pro here but I couldn’t find any info about customizing sheets in product page.(description, additional information, reviews). I want 4-5 sheets, like a “tech documents” to put my pdf files to be downloaded. Is it possible?

And also I want an inquiry button in cart rather than payment, to send mail of the item list in cart to me. is it possible?

1. We have used the WooCommerce plugin in/with the Theme and (description, additional information, reviews) are the default tabs of WooCommerce and you can easily Customize those by following the steps listed here in the official WooCommerce documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/

2. You can also add/insert/set more than three tabs for a single product as per your requirements by add/set the Custom Tab for every single product separately by editing the product as shown in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I2VyLtt.png
But sorry to say that there is no option in the Theme for setting PDF download in a Tab, But you can simply set the product as downloadable product by following this: https://bobwp.com/creating-virtual-and-downloadable-products-in-woocommerce-tutorial/

3. This requires some Customization there is no option in the Theme for that, so you have to Customize it as per your requirements by yourself, otherwise, you can contact our Customization team as well for paid Customization services.

Hello! May be my question is very dummy, but nevertheless… I have a question about Schema.org structured data. Iam trying to test my site using Google’s structured-data/testing-tool and it shows several mistakes, which I easily can repair in Google’s tool. But I can not save anything there and I should find a file in Porto theme to edit it and save it there… Could you tell me which files of Porto theme contain Schema.org snippets information, so I could edit them? I can add structured data using custom fields, but, as I understand, it doesn’t have meaning, because Porto have already them preindtalled? I would just duplicate them in this case. I just need to edit values of some structured data fields.

MAJOR ERROR IN THE PORTO THEME – BLOCKS ALL OTHER INSTALLED THEMES!!

I just bought the Porto theme, tried to configure it, but gave up. I activated my “old” theme again, Merchendiser, but the Porto theme was still active, and blocked my access to edit my Merchendiser theme… with a page demanding to enter Porto: Contact info. See screenprint link below:

Our shop is live, so this is CRITICAL!!! How can we fix this fast??

We have deleted the Porto theme… and checked on the server… nothing there… but still the Porto theme cause this MAJOR error.
